- The excitement begins as I board the Kuala Lumpur MRT, zipping through the city and arriving at the lively heart of Petaling Street.
My primary mission in Petaling Street is to find the perfect pair of shoes, specifically in a UK size 47. However, as I traverse the vibrant market stalls and explore numerous shoe shops, I encounter the challenges of finding the right fit. Undeterred, I persistently search until I stumble upon a hidden gem that offers my size. Eagerly, I make the purchase, feeling a sense of accomplishment.
With a newfound pep in my step, I continue to explore the bustling streets of Chinatown, browsing through various shops and stumbling upon an array of trendy t-shirts. Enthusiastically, I select a few that catch my eye.
As hunger beckons, I head towards a local eatery renowned for its authentic flavors. I settle into a cozy spot and order a bowl of mouthwatering noodles, generously garnished with succulent shrimp. The fragrant aroma fills the air as I take delight in every flavorful bite. To complete the meal, I indulge in a comforting soup that warms my soul and leaves me fully satisfied.

Do try local Malay food in Kampong Baru. The best nasi lemak, Beef n Chicken Rendang, Satay n many more 😋😋😋👍
you might want to use Google maps and put in your destination it will tell you what station to go to and where to get off .. I used it all the time in KL

by right should put the chili+soya and sambal in dipping dish separately....not direct into the meal, you just dip on the food while eating to add flavor ...

There're two exit at Pasar Seni (central market). The one on the ground MRT 1 station Sungai Buloh - Kajang line (SBK). The other upper ground LRT station Kelana Jaya line (KJL) connected to ktmb. Maybe both are at same charges due to interchange station. I think if you lost that token, u need to pay for a distance from Kajang to Pasar Seni station.

Those immigrant workers they're a bit camera shy because many of them are illegally or without permit working there. Literally, Malaysians don't practise tips,..but it's okay if you're generous enough for charity..😁
Those places are Chinatown area, you can explore to some Malay area/eateries in Kampong Baru, Chow Kit Road, Jalan TAR-Masjid India and also the KL Little India in Brickfields..
Don't forget to try Malaysian famous Nasi Lemak, roti chanai, teh tarik and Ramly Burgers ..👍

Haha... petaling street fake shoe. Local people bargain, first if price is rm 100, cut in half to rm.50 then negotiate how much less they can offer after cut in haft..if not walk out.
