Yes, the floor area is 8m x 5m (40 sq.m.). With your lot area, you may need to have building variation for both sides to have firewall and the front area should be very well considered with standard setbacks. :)

@@COArchitecturalStudio No way. 2.5 million way over the top man. Look first of all the lot is small to start no garden or side walkways. The 3 apartments are extremely small in size compared to the average apartment. $1.3 million at most for such a building. But dont expect to get good rents from such a small layout. Basically took a 1 bedroom apartment and split that into 2 small rooms & then the studio apartments again really small. The only bonus was the 1 car garage parking. But design-wise this a build that over seas would not take more then $250,00 Us dollars to build trust me i know an architect back home that could build this in a larger lot for $250,000 not adding marble or any fancy finishes.
