FRUSTRATED! Not wanting to use chemicals I purchased Tickless regular for my dog and Tickless mini for each of my 3 cats. First off, the video online for USA and UK show the Tickless mini is charged when it blinks 4 times GREEN. All of mine blinks 4 times RED. I emailed Tickless Canada customer service (Quebec) and I was told it's an American company, they are only distributors and could not help me with any questions. They suggested I email the USA site so I did. The USA site responded saying they didn't understand why all 3 of my cats Tickless mini's would flash 4 times RED and said they all must be faulty return them and get a refund. Then I read the instructions with my Tickless a little more closely and noticed it says it's charged when it flashes 4 times RED. So maybe the Canadian version is different than the rest?? It says a charge last about 20 days so I thought I'd give it a try first. We're now on day 43 and they still flash 4 times RED when I test them. I don't know if the charge is holding out exceptionally long or if they never worked to begin with! I can't seem to find anyone who knows. I asked the retailer where I purchase them online from and they had no idea either. As for the non chargeable Tickless that I purchased for the dog, it's still flashing 4 times red as well. I did find a tick on her head yesterday which is concerning considering she has a all natural tick collar on, the Tickless and Petmix (all natural) drop on and still had a tick.
Hola Eno si los 4 led son rojos es que le falta carga. Si no lo hacen en verde significa que las baterias estan vencidas.Lo raro es que tanto en rojo o verde no tendria que ir hacia TICKLESS la garrapata.Eso me hace pensar que el parlante no funciona, como si se hubiese mojado el dispositivo.-Saludos Tickless Argentina
