- Getting the chance to spend the day with Reggie, Dawn, and Heavynne Lee was one of the most rewarding experiences we've had yet. They were humble, grateful, and we hope that they are now better equipped to get back on their feet -- we wish them the best! They now have a job and a place to stay until they get their first paycheck.

You don't have to be rich to help. If everyone in the US gave $1 a year to their local shelter or charity, over $300 million per year would go towards the homeless.
Sulfen you misunderstood my comment. Yes, I can donate small sums of money but what I meant in my comment is I wanna be rich so I can change some people's lives like my friend who cannot go to school because of money issue he's smart too and it's sad that because of money he cannot sharpen his intelligence or my other friend who has a sickly mother and me and my friends even worry for him because he is depressed a lot of times.
+RedPubesShanks I agree, money could help make those situations a lot better. But until you become rich you have to use the tools that you how now and I'm sure that you're doing them. Help your friend apply for scholarships and help your other friend get out of depression by keeping his mind out of the bad parts of his life, maybe by talking to him and hanging out.
great idea. although we don't have unlimited resources, we have time and talents. Most times it's who we are towards others that make bad times seem tolerable. be there when it counts and they'll have more than enough to support them in their time of need. God blesses everyone, and so can you.

when i lost my job and my partner did to and i was about 6 months pregnant with our son my mum and dad were full on going to build us a house!!!! iv grown up in a family that looks out for one another and thats how it should be!!

EVERY FUCKING TIME I SEE THESE VIDEOS I START TO BURST OUT IN TEARS. I'm almost a teenager and I don't really have the money buy these things for people but whenever I see homeless animals I always try my best to make them happy. Sometimes I spend like hours with them on the streets, take them home with me, and give them a bath. I also feed them food. Most of the time when I'm walking in the streets I see homeless cats and dogs. And I take them home to be my pet or to the adoption place where they DONT get killed if they are not adopted! They could just play forever! Since I was small my parents did the same thing as me. My parents had 9 dogs and 11 cats that they rescued and are still living with them to this day. In my parents life time they rescued over 100 homeless animals and sent them to an adoption center where they are to be taken care of. And in my lifetime I only rescued 20 animals, which I have to the adoption center. And every day I try my best to go and visit the animals😢

Banuji Fernando where do you live???? Im Australian. My Aunty Cooks for the homeless every monday. im really into acting so i guess ill be working at a cafe in the morning universitry in the day and at a cafe in the afternoon and Cooking one Day a week
+ItsMeJos oh I live in the United Arab Emirates( I only settle here though. Am not from here). I'm actually from sri lanka and there are alot of poor and homeless people. And almost majority of the homeless people suffer from very dangerous diseases, so my parents don't let me go near them. So in the future I'd like to help them. I did live in the U.S a few years ago but I din't really see any homeless people. Oh, and I'm still in hig school xD i'll be going to college next to next year x)

Lots of people on these videos bicker over whether or not the recipients are deserving or about how much or how little is given. I think the point behind these videos is to encourage people to view those around them in a different way, see the good in others, and do good where they can. The manager or owner of the salon clearly picked up on this and comped the bill.
what makes me sad is how are so few people subscribed to this channel. THEY SHOULD HAVE MORE SUBSCRIBERS. THESE ARE THE BEST THINGS IVE EVER SEEN SOMEONE DO!

What I love most about this is people can't comment "Oh, what you did was nice, but they;ll probably be back in the streets in a couple weeks or so". You gave them a place to stay until they can get back on their feet, supplies and presents that should last a while, and a job. very nice.

All in one day, Kyle and GiveBackFilms got these people cleaned up, interview clothes, professional interview etiquette, food, toys for the little girl, a hotel, and helped both of the parents get jobs. I can't even call this amazing. Amazing isn't close to a great enough word for what this is.
Just came across this video from 10 years ago. So nice to see this earlier video of Aaron as part of this team of angels doing good. Nice to see that earlier on he was looking at how to help people in a sustainable way. Wonderful that he was able to get them both jobs. They are a beautiful family. I am sure Aaron and his team were able to figure it out -- but just wondered about how they provided child care to their young daughter, Heavenly, during this period? That often is the hardest part of both parents working. Nice to see also how clothing and shoes make a complete difference in how a person is perceived. The couple looked so happy and beautiful in their new professional outfits. It would be great to have a follow-up to see how this couple is now doing. I am sure they went on to be successful! Aaron is amazing and for the last few years has been helping people more globally with a focus on Central and Latin America with his channel called Murph's Life. Everything he does with his team is about creating sustainability for each of their missions of helping people.

so far this year i brought one homeless guy a sandwhich blankets, and pillow. it's cold where i am so i made sure he kept warm. i know him from one of my friend's, when my friend was homeless as well. so i try to help this guy out.
i have given homeless people food, money in different places i have lived in the past.
i barely getting buy as well so there isn't much i can do to help everyone. but i try to help least one person at least once a month. even if im not watching this channel, i think the sole purpose of this channel is to see the emotion on the people's faces. how much they are thankful people are helping them, that simply can't help themselves. i know there are some who do fake it, but i think it is still part of the earth to help each other out no matter what there life is. something good you do someone, something good will happen to you. that is what i believe. :)

What they've done for this family, is so small compared to how they've probably impacted that little girls future, in a wonderful way. If they could get her in a stable home, and they pass along the tools taught to them, there is no reason why that little girl shouldn't do amazing in life, and I'm sure she will. I hope for a happy future for this family.

who cares if they are doing it for a charity or because they are running a business! the fact is the homeless people are better of now than they were , that sweet little kid received toys like every child should when they are young , it dosnt matter if for every homeless person they helped they got paid tripple the amount they still got helped even if it was just for show.

I always could when i had a chance. Just never filmed it. Even as far as letting them live with me and finding rehab or jobs. as for the one person im still in touch with, she is clean to this day, has a roomate and a job and a dog, 4 years later, but still denies stealing 3 of my watches and selling them when she relapsed lol.

KingHarlaus1 It does feel good to help, even little shit, someone slides off the road in the snow, you got a 4wd? pull em out, see somebody with a gas can walking on the road, give em a ride to get gas and back to their car. A lot of things people can do for free, makes a huge differance in how people act. Its hard to cut somebody off and flip em the bird after somebody just helped you, its hard to ignore somebody that needs a hand when somebody just gave you a hand. Chain reaction.

You can still spread joy and goodness now while you're young. A smile, a hug, and/or kind words/compliments will ALWAYS make someone's day (even if they don't show it). :)
That's what I've started doing. Complimenting people and trying to help- like if someone whose disabled is having trouble loading groceries I help em out. Little stuff until I can help out better like these guys are doing

Thank you and yes it makes me feel good because I use to be severely depressed and I remember wishing someone would do something nice just so I could feel some happiness. It never happened for me but now that I'm better I try to do as much kindness as I can because you never know if someone's contemplating suicide or something worse and I figure if I save/help someone see not everyone in the world is bad then my deed is doneMrsM01

When I am walking on the street and I see people from central america begging for money to continue their journey to USA I get really mad ( I live in Mexico ) Why is nobody helping them? For sure they are really hungry!! So the anger makes me feed them. I go to Walmart and buy as much food as i can depending on my tight budget. Then I get the best feeling in the world to see smiles on their faces.

Why should a rich man give to the homeless it is not their fault that they did not work hard enough to be successful in life, in life you are given so many opportunists to be great and successful apparently these people did not try hard enough. It pays to be a winner, not living in a homeless shelter hoping for someone to help you out, if they really did not like being homeless they would have done better and tried harder. Go ahead and call me a heartless asshole, I really would not care. It's just how a feel about this situation, it's not my responsibility to take care of the homeless, it was theirs.
