Im from Atlanta. A city with so many affluent, rich, middle class black folks. We also have alot of poor, impoverished, etc. I grew up one of the latter. But alot of our crime is done by "Ja" types. Kids straight out the nice ass subdivisions, good neighborhoods, two parents, etc. But humans have always been attracted to the poor and the bad while at the same time putting them down. In movies the bad guy is cooler. In sports we love the villain. In life the girls like bad boys. Etc..
