- Today, I upgraded all of the bungees on my 2019 Hobie Pro Angler 12. This is a perfect instruction video for anyone looking to swap out or replace the stock Hobie bungees with something with a little more "pop." As I said, a sexy kayak catches more fish.

Hobie has a tool for the fittings if you want it for future jobs it $10-15. What you did works just fine though. Looks good I did mine too but got rid of the 2 straps in the front and went to one strap. Goes in the 2 screw parts and then up to the nipples.
Seriously, only an American could take 12 minutes to explain a concept anyone else in the world could do in 30 seconds.
