The court testimonies have got me laughing but what has cracked me up more is Melinda and brother standing up to say their part of the witnessed crime and the judge is like, " Now children, one of you wasn't even borne and the other was just borne and now you want to say that you are witnesses to this crime?" She was a muse. He told her repeatedly he was an atheist. He said he didn't know what being in love felt like. He enticed her to drink and put on a T shirt of a racist to fit in with his weed smoking friends. She said she had not been with a man and he deflowered her. Selfish. It was an excellent depiction of real life . No happy ever after in this movie. Just life lessons.
