I mean Mark and Amber broke up in episode 7 and future Eve tells Mark she always loved him so Mark & Eve relationship won’t change from the comic.

If they change their relationship it will ruin the ending.
Spoilers:
As has been established, Eve has a mental block that prevents her from manipulating organic matter. But when shes on the verge of death, the block turns off, and her body's sense of self preservation makes her powers restore her to her peak physical condition, while also making her slightly stronger as a way of trying to adapt to what was killing her.
She can also manipulate others peoples matter and even out mark back together and made him stronger after he literally got ripped in half, which is what made him strong enough to fight Thragg.
This also means if she dies of old age, her body will reset her back to her physical prime, effectively making her immortal.
When Mark learns this he thinks of his fathers question of 'what he would have in 500 years' and embraces his immortal wife, having a good answer for this question.
