One of my neighbours , played piano, very well . Her favourite composer is Ludovico Eionaudi. So when she did . That was my time to study , read and relax. I was fortunate with that neighbour .

It's 11:30 at night and im working on English, alone, in my room, in the dark with the window open while everyone else is asleep. The only light in my room is from my computer and the moonlight from the window. The curtain are moving a little from the breeze. I feel like I'm in a novel where my secret elven lover is going to climb into my room at any moment and snuggle with me and encourage me with kisses while i work. Awesome playlist friend, thanks :)

Hello, I am the pianist who desires to play at random times. Coincidently, I am usually tempted to play when the sun is asleep- much to the dismay of my family. I don't believe I've ever been the "pianist in another room" for anyone, but, until then, I shall build my arsenal of compositions. I shall become an omnium gatherum of blessed pieces, and this channel shall continue to contribute towards that night.

the guy in the next room played piano without making any mistake for a long time.
My local Nordstrom's (department store) used to have a guy who played the piano in a little space on the second floor, right in the middle of the store. I'm sure he took breaks, and he didn't play for the entire time the store was open, but he played for stretches that were probably as long as this playlist and made it sound effortless. I suspect the guy in the next room does something similar for a living. V^_^

i really like this playlist.
the walls in my house are very thin. in my house, we have lots of types of people. for example, my mother is a professor, my father is a coder, my sister is an artist.. and I'm a musician. a lot of times, my family is really stressed from lots of work and other situations. ever since i learned piano, i've been playing music to try and calm my family even if i'm not there. i'm often alone in my room, so i play music almost every hour of the day. its come to the point that if the music stops, thats how you can know something's wrong.
we each have different ways of comforting people. my sister paints for them, my dad shows them cool games, and my mother recommends books.
i really hope that when my family grows older, they can tell stories about the piano music, even if its not the best. even my bass or my singing, i want everyone to smile from my music someday. even if im not there to see it, it makes me feel warm and happy when people listen to my music.
sorry if this is hard to read. i guess i feel nice hearing that the sound of music from another room can be comforting instead of annoying, since its in this playlist.

This reminds me of afternoons when i tried to study in my bedroom while my sister practiced the piano in the dinning room, but the songs she played did the opposite of helping

@@Iris_too school stuff, this was mostly when i was in middle school, since those were the years when she had piano lessons. Practicing an instrument doesn't sound anything like playing it for show, it's always the same song over and over again and then restarting it at any mistake :|

@@Iris_too yes, my sister still plays the piano, but not as frequently as she did years ago and i haven't been at home a lot in the last year so i didn't get to hear her practicing very often. Yeah, i'm lucky to have had my own room since i was 10, but now i'm old enough that it'd be a little bit unconfortable for me to not have my own room (i finished highschool this year)

Pov:you are sitting alone at the dinner table with the dim yellow light on . The heavenly sound of heavy raindrops is all you can hear. You are scribbling on the blank paper trying to think of poetry ideas when you see through the window a young man approaching. Though his face is not properly visible due to the umbrella he is holding,but you still can feel the warmth and care his heart has in store. You are trying not to get distracted. But this moment itself feels like as if you are the character of some 90's romantic story staring at the mysterious boy through the window. You feel strange . **Knock Knock** you hear. It's the mailman. You realise you've been day dreaming for so long that you almost forgot about your poetry. You sat again with the blank paper and the fountain pen but now no more at the same place. You sat on your bed inside your cozy blanket with a lantern with the classical music and rain being the best duo and giving a dramatic touch to your life.
i put this on to study to and 2 minutes into the video an urge to cry swells inside me. the tempo and softness of this music begs for a moment of stillness in between the overlapping, incessant thoughts of overwhelm, panic, and hopelessness and never seeming to catch one's breath rushing to get from one place to another, one assignment done after another.
it is so easy to get buried in the anxieties and responsibilities of daily life, whether that's college, career, family. we adapt to this unfulfilling cycle with tunnel vision, as the walls keep towering and closing in on us with every single minute thing we must do piling atop one another like bricks. waking up every morning just feels like a never-ending checklist.
we lose ourselves. we slip under the knives of our stabbing misery and let it consume us from the inside out, all to accomplish what we've been told would make us successful. but really, it only leaves us empty. we lose sight of the innate beauty lying all around us, and the inner peace we've long forgotten to seek.
oh, how differently i would feel every morning waking up to a life i chose to pursue, a life that aligned with what makes me feel blazingly alive, a life that didn't drill a gaping pit in my chest and sink the weight of my spirit to the soles of my feet with every tiring step. i want to choose a better way of living, yet the thought of make a drastic change without guarantee terrifies me. maybe because without direction, without a clearly itemized list of steps to achieve some material career or financial goal, we feel even more aimless and vulnerable. with nothing to tether us we could just as easily blow away. but burying our faces in shallow, fleeting objectives, that on our death beds we won't care to remember, will not make the pain of despair any less noticeable. and it will certainly not make life any more bearable.
I was already crying while listening to this and I'm crying more reading your comment idk why idk if I relate or sympathize I dont know anymore my whole life is just a plethora of confusions I gave up

You should write more--you have a gift for it. Personally, I also recommend--whether you believe in it or not--the song "It Is Well With My Soul". (The songwriter's story is moving too.) It may help.

as a homeschooled kid with piano playing brothers this is exactly perfect
I was blessed to have for a best friend growing up someone who played classical music beautifully. It was often, "I can go out and play, but I have to Practice first. Do you mind waiting?" She was a person of high talent, energy, and passions, and so I have memories of me stretched out on the sofa in their drawing room gazing at the ceiling while she thundered out Bach and Beethoven on their piano. She was consistently a contest-winner, so it was a wonderful gift.
i turn this on, and suddenly, the streetlamps and the rain-slicked pavement and the dreary fog are a compliment to the music instead of just some crappy weather.
Oh I wish I was the piano person but for now, I need to be the one who's studying but I wouldn't study if someone was playing the piano. I would just sit and listen to their pure talent & hard work. One day, I will be the one who's playing the piano.

I kid you not I actually listen to this piano playlist while listening to Autumn Cozy's ambience videos on another tab. I almost prefer to have 2 different videos playing at the same time because then I can control the music to ambience sound ratio to make it sound like someone is actually in another room playing the piano while I study with the window open and the fire going

Studying can be a daunting task, but it doesn't have to be. With this kind of music, it can be much more manageable. Not only can it help to calm the mind and focus, but it can also be a great way to keep up with the material.
I have four more days for my last exam, I finally found my mindset to study back. It look me a week but I finally can study and focus, its a blessing. Cant wait to score a 100

I am that other room mate who is neither studying nor playing the piano. I'm just sitting by the window and enjoying the moment with two of my best friends doing what they love and they must do. I will write about this night sometime later.
So, I wanted to write a pov for this because ,why not?
I have been working on my desk trying to go trough the books that I picked out only to feel more frustrated as I started to read the pages without understanding a single sentence as if the writer switched to a language far away from anything I knew . When I finally was able to finish it, my hand grazed the spine of the next book to pick it up and start reading as the book fell down onto the ground. My hand lowered to pick it up without blowing my concentration away but nontheless my arm couldnt reach it. My pent up stress escaped by severing the last strings that kept my concentration flowing as I felt the coldness of the room for the first time. I was too buried in my study that I forgot to put fresh wood to the fire.
I closed the book that kept me company for the last hours or so and dragged myself up to the fireplace where the remenance of the once burning fire could be seen by the darkened colapse of what once was wood burning bright red and heating the room like a sunny summer day in there . I cleaned the fireplace and started the fire once again. I sat infront of the fireplace and watched the fire get bigger and brighter as I was still thinking about the words from the last book and watched the fire dance so elegantly and heat up my face as the thoughts of my actions from some time ago dissapeared. (you can play 8:20 if you want ) That was when I heared the sound of a piano being played. It sounded so faint yet so powerfull... As the fire heated up my tensed body ,the songs being played on the piano made my thoughts fslip away until I drifted into my dreams...
When I woke up I was still in front of the fireplace. How long has it passed , it shouldnt have been that long since my ears were quick to pick up on the faint sound of the piano . It was like it waited for me. I stood up and went to my desk my ears still on the song being played.' How couldnt I hear it before?' I asked myself as i took the books to their places and cleaned the desk. ' I should thank the person for this performance' I thought as I grabbed my notebook and opened the door to the hallway hoping to hear the music a little more ....

Some of you thought this was a safe place, but it isn’t. I’ve been watching you… from my piano. You look….preoccupied. Comfortably and magnetically fastened to anything completely oblivious to the reality to come. The ink, the ideas. The paper, the coffee(or tea.) All anticipated distractions to work into my equation. I left out an adjective or two. These black leather gloves make it difficult to to type. And also I just realized I have no idea what the etiquette is for a surprise birthday party. Am I doing this right? May have the wrong vibe but can’t really tell. Friends were here and now the place is empty but there are blue and red lights outside! At last, a full-celebration with lights and everything. Happy birthday, ole chap!

this reminds of the first story i tried to write, here it is:
My eyebrows furrowed as I looked up from my book that was on my lap. There it was playing again. The euphonious sound was floating through the cold winds of the hallway.
Nobody visits to this side so frequently, I wonder why. But that is the mere reason why I have picked this side of the castle to spend my time in solace and peace. But since i have started to spend my time here I always hear someone playing a piano. But I have failed to discover where it is. I have given up on my little adventure to this unsolved mystery for a while now. The music doesn't scare me but it fuels my curiosity every time. But I am too adamant against giving another failure attempt. I refocused on my book, the music was guiding me through every word, it was calming to read this way.
Suddenly the notes became intense breaking the concentration on my story. The sad rhythm was somehow pulling me towards it. I would be lying if I said i did not wish to be dragged by it. I stood up and started to search in hopes of uncovering this veil of secrets. I walked through the baroque hallway, sliding my fingers over the wall as I followed the waves of the sound. Like always, I meet with a dead end. But i could still listen the press on the keys of piano. I was standing there, hypnotized and mesmerized by the play. Everytime i have tried to search, I have wanted to find the whereabouts of the piano, except this time i wanted to find the pianist. For a moment, I was just standing there by the wall, relishing the music that was possibly coming from the other side. I never payed enough attention to the music deeply. i realize how pure sweet, melodic it was yet sad, wanting, demanding and withering it sounded. As if it was searching or asking for something. As if the pianist was trying have a grasp on something but constantly have been losing ahold of it.
I tried to look for a way to find out a way to the source of this mellow sound. I jumped back as the grand bell rang calling all the students for dinner in the grand hall. How strange, the music stopped itself with the toll of the bell. I froze when a shadow moved beneath the wall in front of me. I swear on Garry's cat I saw something flicking there. Or someone? I took hesitated steps towards the wall. I was about to put my ear on the wall, I shook as the grand bell rang again for the last time. I paused whatever I was doing. It was dinner time and I would love some food now.
The thing about this guy's videos is that you get exactly what you want.
Throughout highschool I used to study in the afternoons and every once in a while I would hear a distant melody played by piano coming from a neighbouring building. I've never figured out the pianist's identity, but I'm glad they gave me company while studying. This video has just reminded me of this.
P.S.: I forgot to mention how much I love your playlists, nobody :). They truly are amazing💞💓.

I think I speak for everyone here
When I say this is not game of the year
It’s the game of the century
As it offered us plenty
And these memories will never leave
Just like the thought of first playing as Steve
So I say close your eyes
And listen to the music with surprise
As your memories of Minecraft where once apart
But now can be fixed like a broken heart
In order to find your memories core
You must go back to the world of Minecraft once more
And defeat the Ender Dragon one last time
As the sweet sounds of your childhood begin to chime
One last thing, for me to say

Nor the journey that came
As apart of that journey was the end
