I don’t have twilight imperium but the Winnu looks the coolest to me
I have played 14 games, each game using a different faction. I have won 4 of those games using Arborec, Naaz Rocca, Titan of Ul and Saardak Nor. Arborec and Titans were my favorite. I love Cruiser 2s!
The Universities of Jol-Nar still haven't been reviewed 👀
Yssaril and Hacan. Space goblins and merchant cats. Both have great mechanics and fell awesome to play.
The Argent flight. Love the lore and they are bird people. Basically the Chozo from metroid. Also the destroyers are amazing, specially when upgraded and combined with the mechanics. (Mechanized production goes hard). The ability to use the barrage to Basically ignore your opponents sustain damage is amazing.
The cabal are space dragons that live in black holes. THEY ARE SPACE DRAGONS THAT LIVE IN BLACK HOLES. How can you not love them?

Played 7 thus far. Cabal, Saar, Yin, Barony (base game) are top tier. I literally did everything better with these guys.
Yssaril, Sol, Hacan all 2 or 3 tiers lower.
Apparently I play, expand, negotiate, and everything else MUCH better through brute force. Who knew?
Clan of Saar, and you can discuss their options of taking over an opponents base in the first round!
With the technology strategy card they can research gravity drive providing their with +1 movement and their agent Captain Mendosa will add another +1 movement coming to a movement of 3!
It has the option to attack with fighters and infantry at the moment the opponent has emptied his homebase while expaning. After taking their homebase over, its possible to immediately produce ships there thanks to the Floating Factory 1. This can cause a player knock out in round 2. This will have great complications for the rest of the game. This might be game winning with 3 players.
You can make a whole video about this concept alone but adding this option to a general faction commentary about the Saar would be great.

Great faction: Nekrovirus
Good faction: Mahact
Poop faction: Ghosts
played my first game yesterday. I absolutely LOVE the nekro virus.
Basic but Embers of Muaat. It's the war Sun for me!

arborec is definitely my favourite. Definitely not the best but fun as hell!
Arborec fam! We are slept on! I think people just don’t understand them fully hence the lower ratings
@@RoosterCP exponential growth is not fun in a game. If you don't cut them down early they get out of control so the only smart move is to be overly mean to them and that doesn't feel good if you play them or if you play against them.
