Clash of the spinning death, Herta vs Himeko or maybe just a comparison of buffing for Asta vs Hanya since they do similar things (both give attack and speed) and it would be cool to see which brings more damage boosting, of course there are other variables like Astana passive and what not but still something that’s be good to test
The showdown for best limited erudition between these two may be interesting, but what I'm really wondering is which one of them has the most luscious hair?

Their attack scalings are quite similar assuming they are both hitting 5 units:
Argenti Skill 120 x 5 = 600%
Argenti Skill 120 x 5 = 600%
Argenti Ult Initial 280 x 5 = 1400%
Argenti Max Ult Bonus 95 x 6 = 570%
Total = 3170% Attack
Jing Yuan Skill 100 x 5 = 500%
Jing Yuan Skill 100 x 5 = 500%
Jing Yuan Ult 200 x 5 = 1000%
10S LL 66 + 25 + 25 = 116 x 10 = 1160% (you may see a loss of 25% attack per LL strike if it hits a unit on the edge of the group)
Total = 3160% Attack but more realistically 3060% Attack (assuming LL strikes units on the edge 4 out of 10 times)
Hopefully we get another support that can match Bronya’s raw amps for JY

I do find it sad how the MoC special quirk seems to count as next round even when it triggers. If it counted as the same round that would've shaved an extra round off Jing Yuan's count.
If the void tramper elite was also weak to lightning, JY would have also cleared it in 1 cycle, similar to Argenti. People underestimate enemies who aren’t weak to your dps character since you lose out on 20% damage because of their elemental resistance.

They basically seem equal. If both elites were lightning weak it would've been an easy 1 cycle for Jing Yuan too. Kinda wish you would've chosen moc 9 first half for this but great video nonetheless!

The transitions are absolutely stunning and so cinematic, especially that clash of the nukes segment with the trailer footage cut in! I feel like you outdo yourself every video with these amazing edits, especially considering that you're showcasing turn-based gameplay which is more likely to come off as dry or repetitive compared to real-time combat. All the attention to detail on the part of your editing completely elevates these showcases to another level and always makes them a complete treat to watch and enjoy.
Regarding the showcases, the only thing I wish is that you had used Hanya instead of Pela for Jing Yuan's side, as identical supports always feels better for versus showcases like this, and also my impression from early testing is that she elevates DPS more than Pela - but you mentioned that Pela had the best performance? so I could just be wrong on this one. Not surprised to see Argenti squeak out a win with his higher total MV, more CV from traces, better damage consolidation, and the elemental advantage, but Jing Yuan definitely showed up as well. Still yet to feel like there's a single thing in the game my general can't handle :D

on the hanya end they had fairly similar results initially but it was a little tricky to optimize - you could run JY on attack boots too for more output but the problem came during the second phase where there were two targets. during my testing i found that the runs with pela were more successful thanks to the constant -42% or so (he level 12'ed pela ult lol) defense shred
nonetheless i do think hanya is an amazing support and in a LOT of situations he would benefit more from her. the damage amp from pela as well as her slight personal damage since she was built as a sub dps - as well with crit and ice damage did end up coming out on top

Pulled Jing just for his ult animation happy to say he has never been a disappointment in my eyes and just seems to have gotten stronger while giving a middle finger to the ones that boarded the mid yuan boat

honestly i understand why hoyo made both jing yuan and argenti backloaded (jy being LL focused, argenti on ult) and its because if they can spam their AoE giga damage that also deals insane dmg single target, then they basically make hunt and destruction obsolete. jing yuan's LL takes time to attack unless its 10 stacks, meaning you need to clear all trash mobs first with skill + ult so LL can do insane single target (since it bounces if there's more enemies), and LL being slow balances the fact that if it was any faster then JY's single dmg output might get overtuned. argenti is FORCED to fight multiple enemies so his skill can refund energy fast, and to make him more efficient you almost always have to pair him with tingyun. having his dmg lock in his ult is a smart move to make sure 1.) he's 100% more efficient in AoE fights because of skill energy regen dependent on enemies hit and 2.) he struggles a little more on solely single target since his ult energy can't be refunded fast enough and has to mainly rely on tingyun and huohuo.

I wouldn’t mind seeing how different supports affect a run. Or tank vs atk supports (pela, asta, tingyun etc)
Why Pela over Hanya on the JY team? Pretty sure Hanya is the new BiS support for Hypercarry JY after Tingyun, due to her having perfect ult uptime even at e0 if you use her ult tech + cogs/MoTP, which fixes JY's speed while letting him run attack boots, and gives him an additional Asta-comparable attack buff. Then her talent gives a damage boost for JY's kit vs all targets on the field (remember, her talent is a 2 turn buff to allies conditional on attacking the Burden-marked enemy; it is not a vulnerability debuff vs the marked enemy).
Still, for not having an optimal team, relic set (missing Salsotto and Ashblazing set bonuses), or enemy weaknesses, that was a much closer result than I was expecting. Very cool video, loved the editing and transitions.
Petty sure It alway better to have both def shred and atk boost together instead of 2 atk boost
Plus Pela def shred is AoE, perfect for Erudition character like Jing Yuan
Yes, Pela also very good with Argenti, however since JY team run Tingyun Planetary Rendezvous
Not runing Hanya Planetary on Argenti side is quite unfair since at S5, it does make a big different
Even with all the disadvantages, King Yuan still managed to keep up. Hell, I'd even say both JY and Argenti are neck and neck. Truly impressive indeed

If both are facing enemies weak to their elements, Argenti just edges out by a small amount (5-10)% at best. New set really pushed jing more than you think and he was already good

Considering JY had a mid build especially without the best set and the enemy weakness lineup means be is insane. Feels like both at same investment are essentially the same strength
i keep seeing different recs on what planar set works best on Argenti. between Glamoth & Salsotto, which gives him better overall damage? i'm using Glamoth with 136 spd rn (i run him with Asta too for more speed buff) but a lot of people seem to use Salsotto so i was just wondering if it's actually better for him?
Salsotto is easier cuz 8 percent critrate and unconditional ult dmg
Salsotto and Glamoth are basically the same. Glamoth is 3% damage ahead which is negligible vs Salsotto with 8 CR.
Always prioritize substats over set for planar sets! The difference between the set bonuses (at least glamoth and salsotto) is usually very minimal
I might have just cried a little when I saw JY's relics having 20+% CD on almost every piece...
20 cv is easy. It’s hard to get 30 on everything tho (minus helmet)

i have both of them which honestly just means i am a sucker for big guys with long hair (i don't really pull for actual usability-- in fact i skipped all banners from fuxuan to argenti haha)

Mmmm, feels like it's worth pointing out that LL does Blast damage while Argenti's ult does AOE + random hits. So in that first showcase, technically LL looks like it does more damage than it is cuz it's hitting three targets at once even though it overkills the adds while Argenti does that much damage solely focused on the elite. This is good for JY though, it should make him look better in cases where there's two elites vs 1 elite.

i wish they could make LL have action advantage or instant move when he have 10 stacks i hate the fact that LL can only move 1 per round no matter how many speed you can give to LL he stil only able to move one per round if his LL got action advance like numpy bronya would be a super good pair for him.
LL can be used twice per cycle it just depends if it can get 5 to 7,8 stacks so that it can be fast enough to enter the range of the cycle and yeah i agree in beta even without the immediate LL 10 stack jy performance was outperforming seele in every scenario sadly he got nerfed hard with ty
100% action advance on LL would go nuts and we could run speed boots + energy restore + more action advancing/speed boosting characters to give him a LOT more stacks

with Hanya *and* Ting you can comfortably run Atk boots since you're getting so many external Speed buffs

They do share same path but they have different mechanics, jing yuan ofc can have big numbers from the ult but his main strength is the follow up attack on the other hand Argenti is pure ult nuclear character so i think to make it more fare u need topaz for jing yuan

these are with speed boots - with attack boots it's tricky but if you have hanya/asta it shouldn't be a problem :)

On the first part of the video it would be nice to see the same support for both Jing Yuan and Argenti, like try doing tingyun for both then do bronya for both just for the sake of providing more fair analysis on both but great job btw.
Thank you! I actually tried a lot of different combos out to see what would produce the biggest number for each and this was the result - unfortunately bronya can’t fully buff LL but maybe I should’ve just restricted using bronya
I don’t think using same supports is fair since different dps have different synergies
