My heart goes out to every mother, father, sister, brother, grandparent, auntie, uncle, cousin and friend of these beautiful children, as well as the families of the teachers that were taken from all of us. Please accept my deepest and most sincere condolences as I type through my tears. Your loved ones will always be carried in the broken hearts of all of us. Sending love to each of you, from Ohio.
I still can’t stop crying over this. The evil behind this horror is palpable. Just look at these faces. How could anyone slaughter a child? A little kid? A beautiful baby??!! What could have drove that young man to commit this unbelievable horror?

Amerie's dad said this was her worst nightmare!! He said she was a very cautious little girl and always locked the doors when he got out to pump the gas... He said Amerie had just had a birthday and she had been wanting a phone... So she finally got her phone... The same phone she used to try to call for help!!! They're already well trained, they already have medical benefits, and they were literally trained for this position. And since we can send billions of dollars to other countries, maybe let's consider spending a few million protecting our children?

No. Just because idiots who think it’s okay to shoot up schools and shit doesn’t mean that homeschool is what’s right. I want to know what happened to the teacher that opened the door and gave access to the school. If she died then.....but if she is alive she is responsible for the murder of 21 innocent children and adults. This is mostly her fault. Did she open the door for a cigarette?

I live in a small town nearby and not a day has passed since this that I haven't shed rivers of tears and a deep, dark, rage at the fact such a disturbed person was able to waltz in and buy guns his own family refused to buy him...apparently everyone EXCEPT the gun store knew he was crazy. We need to do something to make sure gun stores also know about who they sell guns to. I agree fund the HELL out of mental health and require a mental health screening by a professional along w a background check to buy a gun so gun stores know what the family knows. Have 3 people wo a criminal record sign off they know you and you arnt a threat to anyone. Then gun store owners know what the families and friends know, and can't sell guns to the mentally ill!

The AR Rifles and their Equivalent are capable of "interchangeable" ammunitions, they can use "double-action/hollow point" ammunition, wherein when it hit the target, then it explodes inside, thus double wounds that maximized the ability to inflict death to the victims with just a single shot... low chances of survival... the ability of the ammunition to expand upon impact.

Each household should be allowed to legally have two weapons, have a certain time period for all Americans to have the opportunity to buy weapons if they so choose to, after that set time,guns should no longer be sold only ammunition, each household has to report if they have more than two legal guns and have the opportunity to choose only two from the amount if they have more,then police and government should have the right to seize the remaining weapons, while doing so they should shut down any weapons manufacturing companies only allowing one company specifically for law enforcement and of course military, for civilians,only companies should be only for ammunition,thus helping law catch hot guns faster and any individual who commits a crime all weapons they have will be seized and with every major weapons factory closing would make it harder (hopefully) to get illegal weapons, if this could possibly work with enough time and patience guns will slowly get reduced wishfully until law themselves will be able to get rid of their own weapons as well and it'll probably be easier to catch bootleg gun makers too and maybe catching illegal gun selling at gun shops as well.... well at least that's my thinking of maybe fixing gun problems
