MJ underplays his gun skill, it might not be flashy flicks but it sure is consistent.
@@tahadulger3885 Roughly when he says that he cannot "outgun them" he means that in terms of aim they're better than him. When he says he can "outplay" them he means that he has better tactics and positioning. Basically he's saying he'd lose a direct gunfight with them, but wins with better strategy.

I think these teammates were better though. You never know what situation the other guys are in. They could have been clearing top floor and was trying to rotate above and play vertical. They gave good calls. ¯\_(ツ)_/¯

I think he is actually better than ash, he is only unable to destroy bulletproof util, but he can soft breach spot enemies and (for me) has a better gun with 1.5 and 2.0 times scopes AND extended barrel.
Grim is more like a post plant focused op for me at least

I've only played it 4 times, tough getting it in ranked.
Go T Hunt, it helps alot, play char like Buck and just let your brain switch off, and open random stuff
Much easier to absorb and remembering when your mind gets more excited realising new angles for yourself
Videos are altho sometimes cool, it's not as necessary for R6 unlike games like Valorant or CSGO where lines up are too extreme to find and takes too long and much harder to rmb in passing games.
Esp if you aren't the kind to spend hours upon hours of gameplay, or the type to be committed fully to the game..
Just do alot of experimental stuff, things you won't do normally and you find it alot more fun. And it "builds" on your play
Like Hibana pellets purposely breaking some of it to control the amount of window to peek back when Macie did, I was already doing so cuz I just did stupid stuff and realised I can do sth like that

Time I’m on the side of defense. Swinging when you don’t have to is not recommended especially when the attacker is forced to vault.

Macie reminds me of good chess players, you know the game and the moves but this guy has seen all of them and is tough to beat because of that. He's always 2 moves ahead of the enemy.

I’m fairly new to this game and find that there is a huge learning curve, luckily my bf is very patient and has been guiding me. But he also told me to study you and so far it’s worked!! I’m not sucking so hard anymore! You and my bf are excellent teachers to this fun game!

@@tahadulger3885 To "outgun" is to perform better than your opponent with superior shooting. To "outplay" is to perform better than your opponent with superior tactics. Macie doesn't think he can shoot better than his opponents in a gunfight, but he's confident that he has superior tactics that will defeat them.

Just curious, how do you deal with sound cue for things like velcro, grenade pins, or airjap, etc? Or you pick operators that wouldn't involve using sound cue as much since there are so many ops to play now.
@@munashiinatsuo I love playing siege really.. I rely on visual indicator the white part that comes outside to show me where they’re shooting and I focus on yellow ping if you’re playing with right people more than retard people who use red pings
I do use video chat with my friends while play that enable me to do call outs without using mic or having a friend who use mic and knows sign language then giving me call out

@@munashiinatsuo for example if I’m using lesion I’ll throw his GU on certain place and stay close to it.. once enemy got hit by my GU then I’ll glance on my right side it will tell/give point that they were hit then it helps me to act fast and kill them..
For nomad it will tell me they got hit by jab that give me time to prepare for them to come to me or I’ll have to go to them.. it’s all about timing really.. I’m trying to show the world that deaf can play without mic
Once entering champion it would be truly tough because you’re going against stacked with mic that will act so fast that I’ll receive information little bit late
The scope changes and all the recoil nerfs to rifles created the current TDM playstyle imo. There used to be a real difference between attacker and defender weapons, you had to play to your weapon's strength. Nowadays ofc people peek everything, since any weapon can challenge any other weapon regardless of the situation. Why would a defender not peek when he's got the same optic as you, while having higher RoF and similar/less recoil ?

With that much toxic haters kept coming to his stream and troll him, and stream sniper ruining his games throughout the past 8 years? I will too lol ngl, especially when its TDM META. He tried to vent out whilst being honest but ended up being too negative, which many people criticized, that's why he tried to be positive, although its quite fake and kind of tiresome.
@@piratesmanX I can understand it, but I think it is not the way. I mean, there's a line in between. Stop with negativity but also dont act like a robot with npc comments in stream bc it cringes a bit. He can try to scape from routine and play some matches with people like Evan Braddock who prefers having fun that playing tactic and rigorously and having all calculated. Maybe that way he can enjoy the game from other point of view.

It's my motto since I got out of my teen years "I can't outgun these guys, but I can outplay them"
I'm 28 now, but surprisingly I've found that with a bit of dedicated practice, I can totally outgun most players. For instance, playing McCree in Overwatch. An hour in FFA brings back that old skill and makes me a beast for a day or two. Practice really can make up for most of the reduced reaction times of age, plus you also have way more experience and less teen aggression, so it's easy to outplay the overconfident young'ns. Getting older is never fun, but it'll be fascinating to see whether I can still hold my own in online first-person shooters when I'm 60 or 70 (assuming AI cheats haven't ruined things for everyone lol).

1:23 For anyone learning English from the subtitles, he actually says "I think I can stick it" there. It would be unusual for a native English speaker to say "I think I could stick it" in that context.
No it’s not unusual at all to say it in that context. He is referring to “sticking the plant” IE finishing the action as opposed to cancelling it due to defender pressure.
@@SmolAndAngyyy Saying "I could stick the plant" is offering an option to his teammates. Saying "I think I can stick it" is saying he doesn't believe he will be killed before the plant is completed (while already planting). Saying "I think I could stick it" would only be a natural way of speaking if he hadn't already started planting.

A lot of these clips show Grim being useful, but I feel Macie’s better aim and general game sense are what earn him these wins - it feels less coordinated with the specific strengths of the gadget because it doesn’t feel as useful as some others

Bro I haven’t see an r6 video in a while and this game is crazy now. Bee launchers and defender traps that black everything out?
