This is actually an incredible 60th anniversary crossover. Missy (12th Doctor's era), the Victorian gang (mostly 11th Doctor's era), and the 10th Doctor (and/or 14th now I guess).

The funny part was I couldn’t get Into big finish then they gave us a free full episode of the 9th Doctor and I’ve been buying the 60th collection ever since 😂 would of been cool if they had done an animation for it

Well ACTUALLY, he is not the tenth doctor in this story, this is a degeneration story. If you refer to him as the "14th doctor" from Power of the Doctor, then by that LOGIC, he is either the first doctor or second doctor or the eight doctor here, because, in this story, the first doctor regenerates into the tenth doctor.
