this response by sans really shows that he is on the fans’ side. obviously he wouldn’t have said this if he didn’t care for whoever he was talking to, and as it was shown in megalovania: genocide and megalovania: 2, he must have grown from his hatred of his own performance.
megalovania 3: and knuckles was his break from the show, after disney bought the franchise out and forced long time super star of sonic, knuckles, to take his place. and a similar situation arose in megalovania: 4, where the popular character piranha plant from the mario franchise replaced knuckles for it’s own interpretation of the series.
after receiving fans’ angry response, for neither of them did the series the justice it deserved, however, disney hastily brought sans back in for the next season.
sans is and has always been working for the fans. his performance in this latest megalovania (:5) is as stellar as always, but with subtle hints (such as the sunscreen one and the general laid-back and relaxed tone to the video) to appeal to his fans that he knows what is wrong, and that the series should have ended already. fans are eating up the latest megalovania as always, but it’s becoming more and more apparent that sans is working more and more for the fans and against disney studios.

I must admit that after the decay of the Megalovania series i thought we would never get another gem like Megalovania or Megalovania 2. I was gladly proved wrong.
Megalovania 5 - Sans Strikes Back is, in it's essence, a love letter to the fans of the first two pieces. Megalovania 3 & Knuckles was a dissapointing downgrade, Megalovania 4: The Revenge made up for it, raising the quality of the series.
And now this outstanding piece of art. If the new team in charge of the Megalovania series keep this up then Megalovania 3 & Knuckles can ve left in the past.

Sand Delayrune is finally back, singing the next chapter of his acclaimed “Megalovania” saga.
Critics have previously panned Megalovania 3 and 4 as being shameless cash grabs for a variety of reasons, most notably for not featuring Sand himself. In this new project, Sand returns to guide the helm of his creation while still retaining that factor of surprise that Megalovania 2 established.
The story picks up almost immediately after Megalovania 4. Sand discovers the brutality that his imposter has delivered, and we get to learn more about his character as a result. In an attempt to make amends for the suffering the Unnamed Antagonist has gone through, Sand calmly invites them to his beach house to discuss his plans for the future while they engage in a conversation to understand each other’s points-of-view. However, the Piranha Punch Smoothie seems to have been tampered with to some degree, and wacky shenanigans ensue! Will Sand reach a compromise with the Unnamed Antagonist, or will the conversation take a turn for the worse?
As usual, Sand’s role as himself is a spectacular sight to behold. Delayrune has this uncanny ability to really understand his character, which amplifies an already-great performance. As this story is told from the point-of-view of the Unnamed Antagonist, we get to have a close-up look at Sand. This gives us an excellent opportunity to directly engage with the conflict and understand the full extent of the situation. We all hope that Sand reigns victorious at the end of this saga, but we can’t help feeling that the Unnamed Antagonist’s ideas are just as feasible.
Overall, Megalovania 5 is a true return to what made this saga stand out in modern society. The acting has improved drastically thanks to Sand Delayrune returning to play his signature role, and the writing has also returned to the philosophical argument that made Megalovania so compelling in the first place: Is Sand to be trusted? Fans of Megalovania 3 and 4 will not be disappointed by what seems to be a more relaxed nature, as the conflict has returned to moral grounds rather than 4’s controversial battlegrounds. Megalovania 5 is a “Sand-sational” form of art that unifies the divided fan base together and is a must-watch for all movie-goers. Megalovania 5 is a 10/9.

To hopefully counter balance the odd and unreasonably demanding part of your fan base I would just like to say this. I really appreciate all the work you put into all of your songs yes I love undertale the musical and that's what got me into your channel to begin with and I like of the genocide pack even if I have only ever listened to it the one time. But regardless of mean personally I always see that so much effort is going into it or even just your giant collection of comic dub also done beautifully. I wish you the best luck in your future efforts and continued success, come hell or high water I'll still be listening.
