Devin Haney rehydrated 25 pounds which is 18% above the contractual weight limit at 140. Foster believes fighters like Devin Haney is a cheater. Devin Haney who works with Victor Conte is suspected of helping Devin Haney rehydrate abnormal. Ryan Garcia beat Devin Haney April 20th.
