I have my mom's Corning Ware. Would never let it go. Lasts forever.
Love the explanation on the difference in pressed or cut crystal plus descriptions of the different markings on different pieces of glass.
I bought quite of bit of crystal at an online auction. I was thrilled. I told my husband, if you see the star on bottom, it is a good thing, but I could not remember where I heard it. It was you! 😊
I love those crystal bowls Dr. Lori I put my crystals in them and they all look beautiful! 😍
I really love watching your videos little lady
I still have and use my cornflower corningware ....dating to early 70's. my guests love when the pieces come to the table...nostalgia. But they do the job.
I love when you take us shopping and educate us. TY!
We went to the Seattle home show today a day late dollar short 😭 but my daughter and I told every person we met ALL about you!!!
Thank you. No matter how much I think I know, I always learn something valuable from your teaching videos.
Fairfield is a very cool place to be ❤
Milk bottles are fun to collect in Wisconsin, so many different dairies, I've had so much fun collecting them! I also was able to obtain a sleeve of the wax covered paper seals. My personal favorite is a bottle with a "bubble" at the top where the cream would rise to.
Some very nice pieces in that store. I remember having milk delivered in bottles, a piece of nostalgia.
How I wish I could show you the BEAUTIFUL pitcher I found at a thrift store
You can! Check out the options on my website.
That milk bottle is from the dairy that I get my milk from at the farmer's market in NYC. It costs $2 for the deposit when you buy a bottle of milk. You get those $2 back when you return the bottles, of course. The caps on those are plastic. I usually have somewhere between 2 and 4 of those bottles sitting by the door to take out on market days.
0:26 those deeper ones are great for small roasts for a family of two. 0:52 1:49 larger base of the handle - great tip! I You don’t have to be a reseller to need to know a fake from the real deal either. 5:35 pinched spout (I’m always thankful for the info on the correct terminology)😊
I found Lenox Village butterdish and spice village from watching your videos. Thank you for sharing your knowledge !
I’m a newbie Reseller. Learning so much from you. Thanks!😉🦋
Thank you for showing/informing us what to look for. Sharing your knowledge
I collect corningware and i appreciate your love for it ^-^
I had that Corning Ware deep dish… mine had a glass cover with it. It was part of a set that I passed to my son-in-law when I moved to a small apt.
Great job teacher. You are so smart. Go Dr. Lori
Thanks for all these wonderful shopping videos. Learning and learning from you. :) thank you for all these videos. My eye balls are definitely getting the education that they needed. :) bless you.
Sometimes I find a single candlestick holder, part of a set where one piece was broken. I use it to hold/display my marble collection!
Another great video. Thank you for sharing your vast knowledge. Much appreciated
Awesome. Thank you Dr. Lori.
Great information, as usual. Thanks, Dr. Lori
😊TY for the VIDEO ❤ PEACE
Keep on educating us. Thank you!
Thanks
Love I found you hurray!! Lucky me!!!!
Thank you so much for your time and effort. I started visiting Goodwill stores more often. Your program is informative, I wish my teachers were like you making classes so much fun. 😊😊😊
I struggle to understand why old Corningware is so valuable. We can get brand new sets. Yes they do hold up well but I’d prefer new esp. for a gift and I’d rather collect a pretty unique China or crystal piece
Is the Corningware missing its lid?
Enjoy your videos. So informative.
I just found your channel. It's very interesting. I learn a lot and are you actually a real doctor❤❤
Thanks for teaching us. Love you.
Upper shelve there was a clear crystal flower vase, I would like to know more of. I love your video's but I find them to be short. I want more.
Do you have a similar vase?
Would you pay a small monthly fee to receive more or longer videos?
Thank you for educating us😊
I love this type of videos. I learn so much.
When I was a kid in Ohio in the 60's we had sealtest milk delivered
When I was a child of six, our milk was delivered by the farmer on Long Island along with other dairy products. Love to have bottles now❤
Just found your channel ! Thank you for all the information
OMG welcome. Thanks for watching. Tons of info here.
❤❤❤
Great video.
"Corning Ware not that old" how can you tell? In general or is there a way to know?
Thanks, your knowledge is amazing!

Cut glass vs pressed glass. Which would be more valuable? ( common manufacturers, not art pieces)

❤from Switzerland🇨🇭our charity shop is open from Wednesday to Saturday which is great otherwise I would be there every day. Question would be which Manga books have good resale value? What is the status of Pokemon books? Thank you
Good question to ask during my next Ask Dr. Lori LIVE video so I can answer in detail and teach everyone watching. Check my website for the next date.
I noticed some Luminarc crystal goblets on the shelf at one side. Are they worth anything?
Do you have similar pieces?
love these videos but I have to disagree with you on the Corning Ware. The market is very saturated, not to mention they will never be rare as so many were made over a long period of time.
My values are based on what people really pay. Actual sales. Believe what you want.
Thanks
