I have had some bugs with mine for the past month that I had to fix (laptop turning on after 3 secs after sleep/hybernation) Other that that the carbon fibre and black trackpad is a real grease and fingerprint nightmare But I don't regret my choice!

However, it has quickly become my favorite laptop I've ever owned (coming from MacBook Pros and other fairly high-end laptops). I know this is an old comment but we cracked up with one of our guys using the Dell for a Skype for Business video meeting. The camera was looking up his nose and when he thought he was getting away with typing an email during our meeting, his fingers looked like some sort of monster octopus trying to attack the screen. I will take the HP approach (i.e. thin side to side bezels, camera at the top) any day after watching that mess. It was great comedy though...
You can get review samples early, tho many companies make you wait to publish your reviews, likely for fiscal reasons. I personally see no issue with it as it makes the reviewers all wait so that info isn't leaked on purpose...

But of course all the Apple haters will keep quiet out of convenience......shhhhh *don't mention the HP Spectre's limited ports and super slim design, we don't want anyone complaining about any other product but Apple's, because it makes us feel good to troll Apple*.

I love the power adapter in the back..... Not in the way at all for me. My 17 inch laptop has it in the back

its harder to get to. best place for ports would be the sides or the front of the laptop.
the charger should at least be a right angle if they put it on the back
the headphone jack is the worst on the back. everything else would require a wider table
