That rug came in looking like one of the rugs from one of the other rug cleaning channels. Only unlike those other channels, Jakub took the time to clean this rug step by step. This is why I watch this channel. The dedication to cleaning the rugs. Thank you, Jakub.
Other rug channels also deliberately dirty up cheap easy to get rugs for views hence the mudcake on ikea rugs and all that

@@AdmiralStoicRum I don't know which channel you are talking about but I know one cleaner who has a running ad for dumped or discarded rugs. He picks them up, cleans them and donates them. It is not a hard stretch to believe someone would chuck a dirty rug out the back for cleaning and forget about it. i have done it myself. They are not all scammers.

I saw this one rug cleaning CZcams channel where they lay a dirty rug on an already dirty floor so the rug soaks in mud as they claim to be cleaning it.
I love Jakob because he runs rugs through a beater system. He also cleans up regularly throughout his rug clean so the rugs do not sit in dirty mud filled rooms. He cleans up as he cleans which makes it more enjoyable.
Look, you guys are doing everything right. Music, intro, simple camera angles, slow precise technique of the cleaning. It is immensely calming and unexpectedly powerful. Please don't change anything.

That is definitely the most dramatic rug rescue. It just shows how well made these rugs are, to take that much previous abuse, and look so good after cleaning! I love the design. It reminds me of the moon and the twilight sky. Gorgeous!

I agree! As I watched this beautiful rug come back to life, I couldn't understand how anyone could let something so beautiful be buried under so much sludge, unless of course it had been through a major tragedy.
I be t it was a fire or flood that caused the dirt so bad.

I've been waiting for this one. And, I KNEW it was going to be bad, but I was not prepared for HOW bad! Jakub, this is truly an EPIC cleaning job. You are truly a miracle worker! The reveal of the carpet as you cleaned just boggled my mind! I would NEVER have guessed the colors on this one, and that you actually brought out the creams and whites is simply incredible. Pretty rug, too. An absolutely amazing cleaning job! Did you have to replace the bristles on your scrubber after this one? I can't imagine how the dirt on this one didn't clog up your drains!

Epic is right! I've watched some other channels' videos once or twice and I always end up thinking, "I bet Jakub wouldn't do it like that." Sometimes you just know who's best.

Late reply but if I had to guess this looks like flood damage. The carpet itself isn't that terribly worn so if it was in a low area or a basement and it was flooded and filled with sediment and mud that would be the reason for its condition.

What an incredible job you did on this absolutely beautiful carpet. I thought it was just a black and white carpet at first but as you kept cleaning I was sure it had blues/greens in it (watching on my phone with night mode on at first, then switched to check). The reveal at the end confirmed and my mind was blown. Superb work. Bravo!

Just when we thought that there wouldn't be one that is more dirty that the last dirtiest one, this one comes along. Being held in mud baths for many many years, it is just unbelievable. And you cleaned it!
Wow, that has got to be my favourite video you have done. That rug is beautiful, I thought it was black and white with grey shading, but it's blue 💙 my favourite colour. And just the amount of work you had to do is beyond incredible plus extra washing because of the dirt. 👉🔔😊

We do have services like this in the USA. Check rug cleaning under Search. But I think Jakub has the right techniques of all. However, there are 2 families in California that come close. They also show cleaning carpet in houses.

I'm not a big fan of most of the designs on these rugs, I just love Jakub bringing them back to life. This rug was something special in not only the cleaning but the design was gorgeous. Jakub you are an artist to be able to find those colors hidden in all that crud. I hope the owners of this rug appreciate you and your work as they should.
