Watching this was fun bc chat, but it was a little painful watching xqc being dumb af
This game does have a few minor issues but most of the complaints are just because people try to do their own thing instead of playing the game how it's meant to be played. Which is as simple as following the instructions. The game has a clear set path you're supposed to follow but instead people try to go through it as if they aren't being guided.
I've already seen a few streamers complain after dying because they stopped moving while being chased. Or just run out in the open and wonder how they were seen.

@@cloudshifter a fair assumption seeing as most of the game is buggy as fuck and was obviously never playtested.
@@CreepaZX I think that was an assumption due to most horror games making the AI dumb. In most you can hide half a meter in front of them and they stop chasing you, plus it's xqc. Even if they had gigantic glowing arrows he wouldn't be able to find his way to the next checkpoint.

For those confused why the game is 50-70 gigabytes.
Alot of the models contain too many polygons and details, especially Freddys model. What games often do is have a very heavy detailed model for close ups and then replace it with another lower detail model when gameplay happens since you can't zoom enough to see the details. In this game they don't swap the models so the super high detail Freddy model is in the entire game along with others.

The game actually does use LODs, while yes, the models are unnecessarily high poly, so are most modern games, what security breach, and also all other games do, is make different LODs, so the levels of detail increase and decrease depending on how far the model is away from the camera, the game ir merely too big because of terrible use of said LODs and the size/detail of the environment
The way he plays this has given me the most anxiety from any game I've ever played personally
Xqc: It's easier to bait and run than to be stealthy and hiding
Also Xqc ragequit after dying to rush many times
To make watching X play a game more tolerable, *always* assume he is doing a 'speedrun no-hit' challenge. And then expect him to get hit every 10 seconds but continue the challenge.
Trust me, it will make the streams much more enjoyable.

In my mind's eye, as with most horror/stealth games, I imagine goblin xQc on all fours as tall as possible galloping around at super human speed with the flashlight between his teeth.
That Glamrock Chica softlock though, that was truly terrifying, even went through the half open door where she can't crouch only to kill him.
xQc has an impulse to try and speedrun and complete a good game as fast as possible in 2 hours so he can play GTA RP for the next 8 hours

You know, I never really watched much FNAF stuff. It was all kind of the same, fun but meh. I had no idea a new game was coming out, let alone one that is so much more ... "deep" I guess, than the originals. Is it made by the same studio as the original? If so, impressive journey!
Love the decision to go Alien Isolation style, and to have Freddy as this friendly character (maybe he becomes evil later like the others idk, just started watching). Whether it's better or not, it's pretty well done and I like the decision to try make it different. Though, they make Freddy such a friendly cute creature that the kids whiny entitled ungrateful attitude gets annoying.
All FNAF games were done by Scott, basically, with some outsourcing for things like voice acting and possibly other things, but this is the first FNAF game with an actual bigger team behind it (bigger relatively, it's still a small team). FNAF games usually have deeper stuff within them, but if you're looking for things that brought the deepness closer to out of the open, Sister Location did a pretty good job at it too. All the others are more gameplay or hidden focused than story (even if they're filled with story too, I guess I mean story-telling). It was a neat good attempt at trying to make it different too (though still similar to the old ones), and you can kind of see part of the influence on how the series evolved into this one.

As much as i hate xQc for brute forcing though the game, i feel like Steel Wool shoul've putted Waypoints so players like xQc, that have no more than 5 Braincells know where to Go.

Can we just take a moment to tell X to PLS either check temps (could kill your card if it's too high specially while streaming, probably why it lags with RTX on), or use your old pc/cheap laptop to go live, streaming another pc doesn't need something stronk, plus it'll look better since it won't be in one GPU with high usage, it'll be better for stream and Felix, I'd love to see RTX streams specially since they will be rare as they're mostly in linear story games he won't play again.

The whole aesthetic of the game is too sleek and futuristic looking. It needed to look a little run down and grungy to be creepy. This feels like a "scary" game aimed at a broader audience.
They even removed some Voice lines for it to fit for Younger audiences, like one at the start, where freddy takes you to the first aid Station, he would say he "detects blood", but they removed it.
