Saulo Mendonca Ribiero Filho is a Brazilian Jiu-Jitsu 5th degree black belt under Royler Gracie. He is a black belt world champion. He also an ADCC champion. He is associated with Gracie Humaita and Ribiero Jiu-Jitsu Association. He is most known for his earlier days when he was more active in the competitions (1997 to 2003) when he recieved multiple world titles in the gi and no-gi. He still competes to this day and is a Masters World Champion.

What was the first sub? Knee bar outside the legs?
It was actually a shoulder lock. You will find it around 08:11. He uses his legs to force a kimura kind of like an omoplata, but with his leg positioned the opposite way. Idk what it's called.
