I love my integrity dolls too. I plan to downsize as well. Its so tough deciding which can go. I actually pulled back on collecting other dolls so i could afford the IT dolls. I agree on MH vs IT quality, MH can't really justify their prices if you compare it to an IT Doll. And neither can barbie.
@dollthighs please make a video on the barbies from the 90s and 2000 you want to collect or have now. I too have been getting barbies from that time because the quality and themes were so much better.

I have an old video about it. I'll probably film a new one, though. Their enrollment period starts in Feburary. It's usually $50 to join the club, and then you get access to buy all their dolls.

I don't feel so bad now for just buying the MH Skullector Frankenstein & Bride set. They're not IT dolls, totally different. But they're classic, fun monsters. One day though, I would like an IT doll.
I go through all of these feelings with my Integrity dolls as well. To complicate matters, I live in Canada, and with the shipping, exchange, and taxes, the $165 US turns into $300 CAD ($235 US). Then if I want to sell, our population is 1/10th the size of the US, and our shipping is higher, so the demand is less and the prices for sellers is lower. So, I buy very carefully and only have 10 Integrity dolls, 5 of which I got on sale. I do need to downsize overall, though, and I have a Barbie worth over $500, and the first 3 Haunt Couture MH dolls, among some other dolls, that I plan to sell this year. Hopefully the prices stay good for sellers since I have heard a lot of people saying they need to sell after the huge number of dolls in 2023.
I think prices will stay high since the doll companies don't seem to be releasing a lot of good stuff lately. People will look to buy more older dolls they missed.
Love your videos! I was a collector of Barbies about 20 years ago. I took most of them out of their boxes and displayed them in a glass cabinet. I haven’t bought a new Barbie in like 15 years or more… I don’t know how I caught wind of IT dolls… but now I’m obsessed again… I’ve been selling my Barbie’s on eBay and making room for my IT dolls. But I will not get crazy, mostly because of their cost. I love reading the comments on here they are really helpful. 😊

I love the bitchy faced ones too! I have a handful of ITs also. I have a few Kyori, love her, and Glimmer of gold Luchia, she is to die for. I don't have any of the awesome fully dressed of those, mine were basics or nude from ebay.
In reference to dealers, some are kinda old-fashioned. I have one I've dealt with in California for the last three or four years that you have to email with a query on the item you want. They deal only in second-hand, but often the items are NIB because you know so many compulsive collectors don't ever debox, just accumulate (that's not me!). They are good with getting back to you via e-mail and supplying tracking info and so on. But I do wonder why, with the large inventory they have, they don't just have a web ordering interface. Everything is a process. They do take Paypal, though, and they actually answer the phone if you have a question. And I've been happy with the numerous Tonner fashion dolls I've purchased there. They have Integrity dolls from previous years. Essentially, people have to liquidate entire collections or estates sometimes. This is one of the places they go to... All dealers are not created equal. Some are weird. This one isn't. I even have one in France that I like, who sells Sybarite stuff. (I have a fondness for certain Joe Tai doll gowns, and this wonderful crazy seller had one.) Have joy with your doll collecting! May you find your dream dolls. If you want to know the name of that California seller, I'll give it to you. You may have some fun there. I hesitate to mention it openly here, people will think I'm selling something and I'm not.

Cool thanks for answering. I owned a Fashion Royalty figure in the early 2000s but it was soooo light weight I couldnt stand it (and its skin tones were mismatched). Ive heard the newer one are better and I kinda wanna buy one to see how theyve developed/improved over the years.
That Alejandra is the least covered of the 3 existing because of the edition size, definitely unbox her, she is meant to be displayed. You can get rid of all the blond polio parkers, there's always going to be new ones, if you redress the pink one in Alice dress and sell the nude blond and the pink outfit you will get some money back and get to keep your own version of Alice.
I always watch a couple of these on ebay. They start out with low bids than go up. They do end up selling for less than retail but around $100 is still too much for me.
@dollthighs I had a couple of the East 59 on my watchlist, including the one in the blue gown. Some of them do go for more than retail. Really want that seven sins Wrath doll, but she's a couple hundred now.
Oh no! I’m one of the Poppy Parker naysayers. 😂 OK but hear me out…I don’t dislike her because she’s popular, I just don’t understand why IT collectors tend to think she’s so great. For me personally she’s a fine doll with OK fashions. I don’t even dislike her…I just think some of the other characters are prettier.
I definitely understand that. Lol, I think she just has something really special about her, like Barbie. Idk how to explain it, like Theresa is cool, but Barbie is Barbie. That's how I feel about other IT characters compared to Poppy. It's probably just the doll brain rot. 🫠

I was into Integrity briefly, then I did some research. They have to be re-bodied?! Seriously?! That is nuts. The clothes and dolls disintegrating no matter how you store or display them is not acceptable for a doll that price. It makes me so sad. I would love to collect them, but I sold all mine and didn't look back. Peeling purses, discolored glue on shoes, yellowing and cracking bodies 😭 just a nightmare, they should honestly raise the price to get the quality in. People would pay it, and then their collection can last.
The quality is correct, the weather in wich you live and keep your dolls isn't. Faux leather needs to be in a place with not extreme heat or moisture, also not in direct contact with constant sun or heavy electrical lighting. I have 15 year old integrity dolls in great condition. You only may need to rebody if the plastic yellows because you don't take proper care or because the weather where you live.

5:40 Powder Puff Brunette (blue) was the "original" in 2016, Powder Puff Blonde (pink) was 2019, and Lemon Lullaby was of course 2023.

I've never done a full side by side comparison, to be honest, but I've never noticed a difference between any of the IT doll bodies.

I know she's a Nu Fantasy doll. I can't remember her name, but there aren't a lot of Nu Fantasy dolls, so hopefully that helps.
