Right to Information (RTI) is act of the Parliament of India to provide for setting out the practical regime of the right to information for citizens and replaces the erstwhile Freedom of information Act, 2002. Under the provisions of the Act, any citizen of India may request information from a "public authority" (a body of Government or "instrumentality of State") which is required to reply expeditiously or within thirty days.

Last month I got 17 letters from various high courts and honable supreme court of india,

1977 లో మా తాత నాకు 5 గుంటల బుమీనీ నాపేరు మీద registration చేశాడు అప్పుడు నావయసు 7 సంవత్సరాలు, register పేపర్ లో నాకు 19 సంవత్సరాలు అని ఆ బుమీనీ నేనె కొన్నట్లుగ రాశారు. ఆ బుమీనీ మానాన్న నాకు తెలియకుండ నన్ను మోసం చేసి సంతకాలు పెట్టమని మా చెల్లకు పసుపుకుంకుమల కింద registration చేశాడు నాకు ఎలాంటి ఆస్తులు లేవు మేము కోర్టులో కేసు వేయోచ.

Madam i requested information in our village in the form of soft copy but they send me reply , in that reply letter they mentioned I have to pay them almost 19000 Rupees for photo copies of that information, in this case i requested in soft copy (CD) or (DVD) only I didn't ask them hard copies so in this situation how can go through madam please help me in this regarding issue. Thank you madam .
