Some people don't want to be "convinced" of our worth. Forgiveness is truly the best approach- Forgive someone who is bitter and angry so that you yourself don't become the angry and bitter one.. Forgive them, and then forgive yourself. Be nice to yourself- treat yourself well- take care of yourself. Do yourself a favour. Enjoy yourself. Be the best version of yourself. You may not be able to control someones opinion of you, but you are able to control the opinion you have of yourself. So you might need a little work, a little improvement- maybe a bit rough around the edges. If you had a super cool friend to take care of you like you being that super cool friend to yourself- you do begin to value yourself more. More and more valuable the more you take care of yourself.
