Dude check ur temps, if TEMP its 85º HOT SPOT must be 90/95 ... its gonna toast ur GPU Core. Plus, check vmem temps.

95C on GPU & CPU, that's not good for longevity of those chips, use a laptop cooling pad underneath your laptop
