Duuuuuuude that was so much help!. After doing a factory reset, the right controller worked, but didn't respond to movment. Your pairing trick solved my problem, and so you are the best ever. CHEERS!

my headset is already casted with my main account but since i factory resetted my headset it saying pairing and it gives me a code and when i put the code in it say my headset already linked and in stuck on the pairing screen on my headset how i fix this issue ?

To anyone still having problems:
Sometimes the battery is too loose, which is why sometimes it won't turn on, I wrapped the battery with a little bit of tissue to lessen the space. It now works perfectly.
I don't know if there are any safety risks with this in terms of tissue and the heat of the battery. I suggest using rubber bands instead.

@@TowerDefenseX_Master As far as I am aware, there is not. But all I did was wrap the battery with barely half a square of toilet tissue. It took me a few re-wrapping tries before I got it right.
how did you wrap the battery like where did you wrap it around the battery or where
@@sk6ds I ripped the tissue into a thinner strip so that either end of the battery was still exposed (like 2.5cm thick) then wrapped it round the centre of the battery a few times. If it doesn't work the first time, try different amounts of tissue but not enough that the battery can't fit into place. If you got rubber bands, use rubber bands, then you can add one after the other. Looking back on it, I'm not sure if there are safety risks using tissue on a battery that can heat up but that is a lot of heat and I've never had any issues. Do what you will at your own risk 👍
Having a index trigger registering on one"no sticking or press difference between the other one" anyone know how to fix?
Idk whether everyone knows... but if thetr is battery, press and hold the menu button and b button i think, to put unpair the controller and put it into the discovery mode.
The bluetooth on my phone refused to connect to the quest, but it was able to discover, i assume through wifi
When I download the app it wants to pair w headset but there is no five digit code because it still wants me to connect the dots to unlock which I can’t do because the hand controls won’t pair

I have a Casio Data Bank DBC-30. I replaced the battery and it's working fine. My problem is one of the pins for holding the band to the watch has carved out one of the pinholes enough (the watch case is plastic) that the pin, and therefore the band, won't stay in place when wearing the watch.
Has this happened to you? Any ideas on how to repair it?

How about registration issues? My controller doesnt 100% register the trigger so I cant play games that need a full click

When I go to the menu to update it I try to update it and it keeps saying I need my wifi connected to it which it is
Plus when I turn on my oculus most of the time to controllers wont let me press buttons on the screen they're connected but I can't interact with anything
My acc in the phone is another that i have and in oculus i dont have it, to sign up i have to use the controllers, and i cant use them, when i sign up and do all, it says that i have to press the Oculus button, and there is all fucked
What worked for me was just unpairing the left controller instead of both. I didn't have to do any crazy stuff thankfully since other videos didn't work.

When I do this my controllers won’t pair by themselves and if I try to pair them through the oculus app the right controller just blinks really fast when my oculus turns on

I found out how to fix it
You keep your controllers paired for this
Step 1: you turn the headset off completely
Step 2: take out the battery’s
Step 3: turn your headset on
Step 4: go to the oculus app and unpair them and pair them again

THANK YOU! The Magic words were "Bluetooth". I was unable to connect my replacement Meta Oculus 2, since the first one was faulty. Coupling the new one in the app was impossible until i enabled bluetooth on my phone. You just saved me days of trouble. Thanks.

Been there 🙌🏼 I actually did all over this ; multiple resets ; multiple pairing and unpairing each controller; had 100% fully charge batteries. But it just sits on the white flashing light, like it’s trying to sync then just shut off after minute

@@donjr2 hey! shortly after this i just contacted oculus support and they ended up refurbishing my right controller :) i reccomend contacting them if youre having issues with anything on your headset/controllers. im in uk and it only took around a week to be fixed!
