It seems that everyone twists balloons now days. Balloon twisting is both an art as well as a form of entertainment. And a good balloon artist is delightful, fun, and amazing.
Awww Jellyfish. I saw this video and not your owl balloon this time. Anyways Friday I had a little girl who wanted an owl. I was thankful I found your owl video again. My niece had loved it, but since moving I hadn't had anyone ask until this little girl.
Everyone was asking for princess this and flowers that. I remembered your owl. Which I was so thankful for because let's face it it is badass and I wanted to give her a bad ass one, because others were making fun of her before she even asked.
Let me tell ya school bullying still goes on these kids have just gotten sneaker. It was at a point I felt like reaching over and smacking them for standing there and taunting her. Anyways I couldn't do that but I could talk to her about what owls eat and make her a demon looking snake that ate a mouse and then your cute little owl came along and snatched both of them up . I made it into a hat.
Opps sorry was only going to talk about how cool your owl is. I was having a flashback moment and laughing.
Ok well I gone this far on the story. She had said she is weird. I let her know to embrace it. Now this part I wasn't saying your weird. She was saying she likes the balloons and showed me how she made a dog and different things, but people say she is weird and ugly for liking it. I directed her to you and Holly and a few others. I dont know if she looked but I hope she does.

+Bob Abob balloons I don't use, well not often at least lol spirals, caterpillars, rattlesnakes, 12in rounds, bear body's and some other odd shaped balloons I don't even know the name of haha
Awesome video! And you're really pretty! 😇 Though I haven't tried out betallatex , I've heard good things about them. I will try them out someday. I was wondering, if you don't mind me asking, but do you buy your balloons in each color or in assortments? so far the 260's and 360's
Tyonni Olds Thank you 😊 I actually only buy mixed packs of 360s. For my 160's and 260's I buy a pack of each color. my orders are rater large usually to get the discounts. I have double what's shown here stored away for when I need to replenish - to avoid those last-minute runs to the balloon store.
great video! I hope you're still answering comment questions. Haven't seen any recent posting. Im like you, my gigs are mostly private gigs, few festivals here and there. I face paint, balloon twist, glitter tattoos, temporary tattoos, and, and...lol. n this set up where do you keep your face paints supplies?
also, what do you use to "wrap" your balloons to keep them upright in your bottom case?
I have a separate hand held case for all my face paintings and glitters. Then keep things like a water cup, brushes, and hairspray in the top part of the case with the special balloons and pumps.
For wrapping the balloons I roll them up in thin foam sheets with a balloon or rubber bands 😁

I love the set up! That was great since I'm just starting out. I followed Mr. Boma's assortment purchasing advice and I think I'm ready to branch out to buying bags of individual colored 260s, which colors do you go through the fastest?
Kyle Goryl Good question! for me it always depend on the colors I had displayed in the book. red blue pink yellow and teal were probably most popular... but I went through them all pretty evenly, whenever I was out of one color I was almost out of like 4 others too.

660s? They are for making minions and big fat bellies on Rabbits and other animals. Chi-Twist's Easter bunny for example. Dylan Gelinas' Robot also uses a 660.

In the video, you should have the nozzle of your pump pushed in when not using it. Take care of your pump, and you'll have it for a long time. I've had my Qualatex 260 Air Inflator for three years so far. That's all I use. And when you inflate a balloon, hold the balloon on the nozzle and move the body of the pump back and forth; keep the nozzle still. Once in a while, unscrew the pump and clean it out. Remove the white powder from the piston rings and anywhere else ........but be careful. Finally, you should have a second pump just in case something happens to the first. But always use the first pump properly and take of it. And last, don't throw your pump down, set it down. The pump doesn't cost much, but it's a tool, so use it properly and take care of it. The Q 260 inflator is a very well made pump.
