Why does everyone keep publishing the story about Elon redirecting the AI chips without first doing research about the story. This was printed by a long standing Tesla hater who prints FUD. Elon has already published the true facts on X. Tesla swapped deliveries with Xai as they were able to handle the GPUs and Tesla had a delay. That was back in December and they took delivery of Xai chips in January. As there is a huge wait time for those chips they had to take them and put them somewhere.
Considering a young mid income, short term minded person with constant need for cash, are these still worth investing into? I am new to all of these and have incurred so much losses, I am beginning to think I am not doing what is good for me but just following people blindly.

Yeah I thought FSD had to go through a Chinese company for FSD data based on the contract Tesla made with China. So having any super computers there would be pointless since there's a 3rd party already collecting data.
Aside from Tesla vehicle sales the FSD is being contacted to be installed in Chinese manufacturer EV vehicles.

With a Giga Factory in Mexico all the vehicles build there can be exported without taxes to a lot of countries. This is because Mexico have a lot of Free Trade Agreements.

Having Nvidia prioritize one of Elon's other businesses at the expense of Tesla getting the chips sounds an awful lot like embezzlement. Right now Elon is claiming that the data center isn't going to be ready for them, but the timeline on the construction hasn't changed. Either he's lying, or he made the order from Tesla to accommodate Xai, either way that's not legal.
Drone flights of giga Texas shows the data centre and cooling towers for the NVIDIA GPUs are still under construction.
Tesla is in no way impacted by delaying the delivery of their GPUs.

As Tesla are using XAi llms there are only benifits to Tesla to let XAi have the nvidia GPUs now
@@allangraham970 Tesla most certainly was impacted placing the order though.
Tesla already uses H100 chips and has tens of thousands elsewhere. It's not unreasonable to think that they might use some without this one building being built, there are data centers for rent or for purchase all over the country. Or, Tesla could have SOLD their place in line to some other firm instead of GIVING it to a different firm owned by Tesla insiders. There is unmet demand for the chips, and Tesla having a spot in line had economic value which Elon pocketed for himself.

FSD sucks bad, I had the free month and it would not function at all in my neck of the wood in Delaware, it would go 25 miles per hour in 50 zone and break for no reason. Totally not ready for prime time.
