When he has his best momentum, he chops the throttle. I’m no expert, but when it’s moving keep it moving.
Exactly!
When it starts to bounce you are done. The next step is tearing out your drive shaft. As seen, he needed to take a run at it but he should have taken some air out of his tires. Softer tire, more contact area, better traction.
InstaBlaster.
Puts on his harness but forgets a helmet.
Harness is cool, helmet is not.
is this the first time you've held a camera
BINGO!!
Fr
It must be. But who decided to post it?!?!
1:27 I think it's their first time being out of the city period.
To be fair it's Stevie Wonder with the camera.
Omg the guy that slipped on his ass at the beginning 😂
Forward momentum is yer friend 🤠
Anyone who gave this a thumbs down has obviously never seen this hill. This video doesn't do it justice. It is literally one of the steepest, technical climbs I have ever seen. It hardly looks possible in person. Even in a buggy with a huge wheel base and sticky tires this is a tough one.
Gotta be Super Nuts to watch till the end 😲
Now that was the way to do it.
Beautiful driving. Stay Safe!
Awesome 4x4 playground! Can't wait to go again during the W.E. Rock weekend this year!
I’m just thinking lower tire pressure could’ve helped but what do I know I was not there cheers y’all have a great day to day
1:28 the guy that almost fell off the shit to his death tho
Guy's so good he makes baseball look exciting. Professional, steady meticulous.
That's 5:32 I'll never get back.
It looked interesting !.😞
I’ve never been so bored.
I had to be ""super nuts"" to watch this horrendous showing of ""zero talent"".
Ben Yunik
Drop the link to your video showing your talent?🙄🐓🍭
This guy couldnt drive a nail in a peice of wood and his tyre pressures are way too high!
Definitely, and his tires are too knobby for that kind of rock as well. Southern Utah sandstone is really fine-grained and big knobbies just don't work. I see mountain bikers with the same problem all the time down in Moab. He needs a little less aggressive tread, lower pressure, and maybe do a little dune running first to get them warm.
@@roboslug7582 The damn bouncing. He's losing traction. He's got a suspension issue.
Was waiting for the drive shaft fail and the back flip down the rock!
He earned my thumbs up and RESPECT
if that video would have ended with out him making it up I would be flipping out its an OCD thing lol , good stuff bro , had me at the edge of my seat
Well done! Sweet rig.
Will someone wake me up when they get to the "Super nuts" part ?
Gecxid Rureel
Your mom beat ya to it. She heard nuts and took off looking for em.🤷🏻♂️
This was four minutes longer than it needed to be.
This was 5 minutes 31 seconds longer than it needed to be
@@JB-pg6ju seriously.
If he just stayed in it the first time this would be a 30 second video instead of 5:30
Seriously, I could've gone without the first four minutes of this video...
Rock climbing looks real tough in that custom built 4x4.
Richard Roper Thats why I fast forwarded to the end so I didn’t waste my time with this video, I could have made this in my cherokee! No wonder it’s gotten almost as many dislikes as it has likes!
AGREED
Thank you
I remember my first day of rock climbing.
JEEZUZ, I WAS FALLING ASLEEP
Should have aired down your tires. Less hopping and more traction.
hope you had a blast.
Can't believe I just wasted that much of my life watching this.
yeah! this is on my bucket list!
Well there's five and a half minutes of my life I'll never get back
5:18 - You're welcome
HighLonesomeRob Thank you!
Is a port to a call from Mexico is baha for real
1:28 lost grip there for a moment buddy. air down your soles.
😂😂
Let some air out if those tires must be 80psi
nogood hood No doubt!!! Air down man! Air down! Would have been over in moments
Suspension also looked overly stiff for a buggy.
Yeah too much air. Thing was hopping like crazy
No shit maybe 8 instead of 80
Thinking the same thing
He has absolutely no clue what he's doing....money can buy the rig but can't make you a driver.
East Tennessee Jeep Life
Link to your video?
But he has that beanie on his head and those sunglasses and that really cool tattoo so hes awesome.....lol
He made it up. Did you?
@@JB-pg6ju And don't forget that wee goatee beard, and I think you'll find that tattoo is kewl rather than cool. 😉
Learning never stops, though
had to be hairy backing down. way to stay with it. i knew he would make it!
Let the tires eat till they warm up and bite. Air down a lil more in front, draw the front down with the winch so it can't bounce and most importantly LISTEN TO YOUR SPOTTER! We forget the spotter can see what the rigs trying to do way better than you can feel it from the seat. Buggy looks good and sounds good. I like the stance. Thanks for sharing, be safe.
Damn , he didn't make it .but at least he's trying again . He made it ! Congrats dude 👏🎉
Officer - where are ya' heading sir...?
Driver - m just taking this bad boy to the cliff...
It is just crazy to see how easily this jeep "hangs" almost vertically on the side of the rocks! I could never be in that vehicle ....I would be too scared!! LOL
The guy falling on his ass @1:28 was more interesting than the actual rock climb
What happen I fell asleep
Nothing.
LMAO
He ran out of gas after 2 hours and he's still sitting on the side of the cliff today.
he rolled over and exploded
They traded that rock hopper for a boat and went fishin.
Is it under powered?
Surprising the sump in that Turbo 400 can keep enough oil over the filter at that angle to prevent it from sucking air !
You should zoom in and out more, oh, and focus on the vehicle less. That always makes for good video.
Dude you just made me laugh so hard I sprayed my coffee out my nose 👃
Is there a way to increase the rebound dampening on the rear shocks to fight the hop? Or is that an axle angle thing?
If he didn't have his tired aired up to 680PSI, he wouldn't be bouncing around like a basketball... ;)
Lower tire psi
impresionante lo que hace la gente en cualquier disciplina.
Do you think it has a diesel?
Was he doing the speed limit?
A lot of bouncy bounce
Did he ever make it I missed it
I like how the chap on the rock almost slips down the rock face, where he could be squashed by the vehicle, way to go.
Are we there yet?
Ditto on the psi and keeping momentum on the second level - came off the throttle too soon.
Can we retitle this?
Bout time. I could have climbed up on foot faster!
Impressive....
I could smell clutch in this video.
The real ability 👍
Guy at 1:30 almost ate shit down that hill
Only 5:24 to realize MOMENTUM is a thing😂😎
He had it in the wrong gear the whole time😂🤘🏻
Damn, you air down your tires?!
Never expected him to succeed because it was so steep. Surprised he did not burn out his clutch.
It’s an automatic transmission.
Is the paint dry yet .... I’m still watching
So what did he win ?
Wow!!! Good Job :-)
When momentum is lost, start over.
Y’all made it to Mars
Nice buggy but is seems the tires are aired up to max pressure. WHY?
Down backwards will always be scarier then up forwards!
But often very necessary
should be named "Man revs at hill side for 5 minutes"
more like didn't rev enough
Or "Man spends 200 dollars on tires."
Insane !
According to the description, the drivers name is Newly Tolf Tires.
Holy sht. Nice.
Awesome climb.
@Too Wun ok.
What's the point of bead locks if you don't air down?
yep you can push the stabilize button in the edit window on youtube at any time :)
Hammer down!
C'mon let's GO!!!!
wow he did it
how did it make it out of the drive way?? lmao
on a trailer...LMFAO :-)
Yes: money, balls
No: brains, talent
New tire time!
Brought to you from the makers of the Blair witch project!
lol!!
what cracks me up is these dudes spend thousands of dollars on these big crawlers and thousands of dollars on tires and they can't climb things I can just simply drive up without even thinking about it in my stock RZR 900. Props to the guy for sticking with it, although I somehow can't imagine those tires have been aired down to 8 psi as advertised.
Retired man reverses down hill
NICE WAY TO DEFACE THE MOUNTAIN
What the focus is!!
The guy must be learning how to drive... I m sure he will get better, start with letting more air out of those NEW tires
Those tires are probably aired down...those Maxxis Treps can have 3 pounds in them and they still look like they have 40 psi. The sidewall is just really beefy. They do flex tho
At least he didn't have to call the yellow banana
Got some money, bought a rock crawler, first time out.
he finally gave it some gas...
Haters gonna hate. Meanwhile the guy in the truck actually did this while the haters are merely keyboard warriors.
Keren mr👍
Matt from Matt's Off Road Recovery would go up that pulling a trailer. Paul from Fab Rats would do it in his dad's tow truck.
"Now I'll put it in 4wd"
Lmfao the man who nearly fell down the rock face on his arse would have been epic.
Yep need those tires almost flat. And walk right up there no problem
Wow!!
wow !! Man fucking things up ! what a new concept !!
finally found the pedal
