Yeah its a game called everybody loses. Its alot like nazi zombies. People think they're winning, but they're just losing more at the end of the game. The key is to keep moving, open the right doors and be smart with your points. Oh and always get monkeybombs.

Makes you wonder if they'll ever catch on. If they become static, they simply stop, it's a decline from there.
I have noticed that all the people over 30 are like that, that I've seen atleast and it scares me so much. They simply go to work, watch, tv, sleep. Maybe raise their kid on the side but they are so busy and tired from working that meaningless job so they can just go back to watching tv or atleast go back to spending time with their family (which is honorable)

Love this. I'm a 44 year old female gamer. I have two adult children, and I always tell them life is a video game. I'm going to share this with them.
Everyone plays video games for different reasons. Life would be absolutely no different. What one player might be trying to get out of the game is going to be different from another. Some want the highest score, some want to get all the achievements, some want to explore the lore, some want to explore the world, some just want to have fun. So why is the same not often applied to people's understanding of how to live life?
Thats true. I always think about how video games encompass a reallife desire, that it fullfills, but its just a ''fake'' solving of that desire. I played csgo, because I want to be good at what I do, I want to be valued by my friends, instead of doing it in reallife. I played minecraft to discover new things, to create beauty with my own hands. I played survival games, because I love the struggle they represent and I lacked purpose in my life, I desperately wanted a challenge in reallife.
Control. People's understanding is contrived by controlling people creating frameworks to control others. The media, governments, corporations, religions all exercise control. The worst controllers want docile controllable people, sedated people, reduced people, sick people, poor people, and the depopulation of people. Even video games are a form of sedation to control. It takes a quite a critical thinker to break out of this system.
i played The Godfather to get inside the mind of a fcked up man. 0/10 don't recommend.

ferari and debpt! hehe good quote
Yeah, he also said "the culture is not your friend."
You randomly came up in my feed, and i'm glad you did. Life is a game indeed and its important to be the player vs being played cause in todays society we are being played by those who run and control the world. Live life on your own terms and have fun in the process. ❤and I guess I'll be bingewatching your videos now 😅
Life is often compared to a game. We all have goals we want to achieve, challenges we must overcome, and obstacles to overcome. And just like in a video game, the key to winning is to have a strategy and to stay focused on your goals.
The first step to winning in life is to set clear goals for yourself. This could be anything from getting a promotion at work to losing weight to traveling the world. Whatever your goals are, it's important to write them down and to have a plan for how you're going to achieve them.
Once you have your goals in place, it's time to start working on them. This means putting in the effort and taking action. It's important to stay focused and to avoid getting sidetracked by distractions. This could mean turning off your phone and setting aside dedicated time to work on your goals.
Another key to winning in life is to stay positive. Just like in a video game, there will be setbacks and challenges along the way. But it's important to stay focused on your goals and to believe in yourself. Surround yourself with people who support you and who will help you stay motivated.
Finally, it's important to stay flexible and to be open to change. Life is unpredictable, and things will not always go according to plan. Be prepared to adapt and to change your strategy if necessary.
In conclusion, life is like a video game. The key to winning is to set clear goals, to take action, to stay positive, and to be flexible. With a good strategy and a lot of hard work, you can achieve anything you set your mind to.
Thanks for the wise words ChatGPT🫡

Dan, what resonates most from today's video is building the challenge-skill ratio that produces flow. Great .examples about working past the incompetence + boredom stage, and getting to the point of enjoyment and flow.

I really needed this right now, Dan! I am at a mental place of turmoil and have been researching how to improve/"level up" myself and my circumstances relentlessly. Love the analogy of life being a game that you can mould. Makes me appreciate the beauty and nature of video games much more. We all get different joys out of the games we play. Thanks for sharing this.
I think the best quote to sum up this video is "consistency is the key to success". Constant learning and improvement is the only key to satisfaction in life I figured lately. Many people, including my old self, only choose to complain or dramatise the sitautions they are in and when it comes to actually having to do the hard work to get themselves self out of it, they mostly choose to run away or let it crash them. You need to be the fittest to become the finest.

I’m glad I finally watched this. When you were talking about the last point, it really hit home to me that the “simple” act of making a decision actually opens up so many more meaningful options.
Until you decide what class you play, the actual abilities of the class don’t matter that much.
Until you decide your profession, you don’t have direction about the tools you’ll use and how you’ll give back to the marketplace.
Until you decide what quests to take, you just sit in the inn waiting for life to happen to you.
Definitely seeing myself as sitting in the inn trying to write something in a quest log empty other than "pay your bills".
Though it's hard to write something when you burried your authentic self in the nearest graveyard.
@@hawwu7627 Sorry I didn't see this response. Maybe it's time for a resurrection? Unless you've been buried alive...
Just looking more at the metaphor, hope you don't mind: You've betrayed yourself. Maybe you thought of your authentic self as a burden... you might have to uncover some things about yourself that are quite heavy. It's a dark and suffocating place to be in... just clawing to get out and back onto your feet and into the world again.
Best of luck on your journey!
@@GeekPsychology Thanks for your thoughts, definitely I've enbarked on a harsh journey to get myself back, additionally with professional help. Happy I did.
My authentic self like a discarded wolf, trying to lick its wounds somewhere deep in a cave, biting me and running away whenever I get close to mend it. It was betrayed, forgotten about, so nobody could hurt it more, so not even myself could get in touch with it. All there was known about it, just howls at night and unrest in the forest.
GL to you too :)
@@hawwu7627 interesting description!
I was curious why wolves howl, found this...
"Howling may be heard at night, but it is not a behavior directed at the moon. Instead, it is used as a social rally call, a hail to hunt or as a territorial expression. Did you know that individuals have different howls that can be heard by other wolves 6-7 mile away? A howl can even help a lost wolf find its way home."
Fancy seeing you here, your videos have helped me a lot with self-improvement!
All people in the world should have access to this video content. It is life-changing content. Must be translated into over 50 languages!
The way you explained this so clearly kept my attention throughout the entire video. Your connections with WOW were so fitting and appreciated, as was your categorized connections they had with each part of life. Thank you for inspiring me to keep reaching for a higher score, and bigger goals.
Amazing content!
It resonates with my belief about life as being a game.
The frame of the game can be expounded more.
The frame creates the clarity of task in a game. What is visible to the player is the things that the player can only do to achieve a goal.
And there are different types of frames in a game. There fixed frames, free-roaming frames, scenery frames, text frames, blank frames, etc
Frames can also be classified as clustered frames, or spacious frames.
Success is affected by the one who controls the frame of the game.
One thing I realized, correct me if I'm wrong, is to put more effort or willpower on re-framing your frame of the game to increase enthusiasm and decrease the feelings of exhaustion. And this is what we do when we try to learn new philosophies, beliefs, principles or ideas,
re-framing the frame of the game.
I like your content, Dan! Thanks for sharing this to us.
The trick is taking risk in small steps. Understand every process and what could go wrong before jumping in. Know one thing you are just 9ne person and to spread that idea/solution can be a breeze. This can take minutes to centuries depending on what you want to achieve. Addiction can heed this progression so much though. I can't tell you how many people that were so intelligent but so damaged by addiction including myself. I think it's all tests at times depending what game you are playing or just even born into. I totally get it.
Awesome video. Thank you. Brought together perfectly several threads I’ve been stumbling over for a while. I now have a working routine set up thanks to you.
Glad I found your channel. You’re good at articulating everything that I believe in my mind. Keep up the good work.
You don't need to play a video game and waste your time , your life is a video game level up !!
Man When I first heard you talk about the flow state, I immediately remembered back to a time when I literally didn’t care about what anyone thought of me and was just focused on getting ripped in the gym. Once I got down to 7% body fat and shredded I got bored. I really am trying to get back to that flow state and I love the fact that I came across this video. You should talk more about the flow state in your videos. 😊
I can’t tell you how much I love this. This is useful on so many levels. ❤❤
This is fun. It's a concept that I've worked with in my personal life and it's cool to see someone else expand on it in such a creative and practical way. Subscribed.
The first religious belief I ever learned about, as a child.. In Buddhism, if One commits suicide - they’ve gotta start this life over again. All I thought was “Oh, like when One does, in a video game. They gotta start that level over, again.”
I’ve dealt with a lot of suicidal ideation, throughout my life, due to (autistic) frustration.
That thought was always what got me back on track.
Hell, I don’t even play video games, anymore - because I’m IN one, and playing it, every second of every day.
All of your content resonates big time. I grew up overweight, I was an only child who admittedly was spoiled. I was fat and didn’t have much of a work ethic… I played baseball video games and when I would create a custom player I’d make him jacked and with a beard. To this day, I still look back in awe because I am that version of me. Mindset is everything
What a great way to put things into perspective!!! This is the first video I have watched from this guy but that is probably one of the best and simple ways to get the message across. I don’t even play video games, however, I have been trying to figure out the best way to essentially share the same message.. this has also given me another positive perspective to look through versus a negative corruptive lens.. so to speak. I just subscribed, thank you very much!
Thanks man. I needed this, and it helped me going through a rough transition period. This helped reframe my outlook and for that, I’m immensely grateful.
''Once they reached that point, of being static, not wanting to change, they don't learn anymore, they don't stack more skills, they don't level up to the point of more''
That scares the sh*t out of me. I always wondered what happens to most people after 30, when I was younger. They just stop, I felt that that was so incredibly weird and it made me scared of becoming like that myself. I will never stop man, I don't want to be like that. Can always go back to the normie life if I fail and try again.
Also a big connection between Maslow's hierarchy of goals there
The point of a game is to have fun :)
Fun only comes when you’re winning
@@bradlymckee8414 Not necessarily. Losing shows you more - the side of the game you were ignoring. So fun can also be found in depth and ultimately, your goal is to win
Really great video. I've been looking for something like that. Listening and taking notes and setting up "Challenges" for myself like getting my car running again and being able to transport myself around again. Thank you.
Great work man. Stack wins starting in the morning, to gather momentum for all the other tasks of the day. You're a rockstar! Have a blessed day Sir.
Once you get everything you want in life or get that “success “ you’ll start asking the right questions, you’ll start thinking about what this game is really about. Maybe I’ll take you a few lifetimes and countless characters, but you’ll get there eventually. Most of what is said here is pretty basic, and keeps you more into the matrix really.
Interesting, could you expand on what you mean ? What is it all about in your opinion
How would this fit with professions that actually hold the civilisation up and running? What about those people? How are they supposed to escape the problem of exchanging your time for money? The nursing homes staff? The powerline electrical engineers? The teachers? The child minders? The regulatory agencies? I follow your channel and admire the pursuit so don't get me wrong. I just wonder why no one talks about typical ocupations any more? Civilization can't run without them, yet people who do them are worse off for it....
In all honesty I have no idea. I think about it quite a lot as well. But, supply and demand. You're right, they are necessary, but solutions are being built to require less manual labor. And if more people push towards their desired life, we will have to get creative and solve those problems like we have many other things leading to this point. 20 years ago the iPhone would be seen as alien magic. 20 years is a tinyyyyy percentage of human life. And those that are aware of what we discuss in these videos are an even tinier percentage of the human population. You, personally, have free reign to do this with little worry about civilization dissolving. P.S. just spitballing here
And, pertaining to this video in specific. Those workers can make their lives much more enjoyable by creating their own game out of it. It's better to be able to 'do your own thing,' but problems are only problems if they're at the forefront of your attention. You can control that
That's a big problem more people should work on honestly. In Germany nursing homes are chronically understaffed, less and less people want to work there for minimum wage, overwork, possible diseases, night shifts. People start striking and atleast they may achieve that theyll pay them more to make them content again.
My favourite thing I discovered recently, was a bar, that shared 50% of the profit with the employees. So if they sold more and had better service, they'd get a fair cut of the value they brought.
These nursing homes make MASSIVE amounts of cash, but the employees get nothing out of it. And it is one of the worst jobs, because you are caring for humans, they will feel bad for going on a strike, they will feel bad for wanting to leave the elderly alone. Which is fucked up, the employees know that and abuse it to the moon and back. I experienced that myself as an ambulance driver.
@@DanKoeTalks thank you for not ignoring the question even though I admit the reply might not fit into a "comment" anyway. These are complex issues. My worry is that we are seeing what the lack of education and good dedicated teachers is doing to the populations - no ability for critical thinking, no tolerance, no knowledge of history or culture, no manners or etiquette, no male role models in schools... school should teach you what the parents did not know/couldn't/were too busy to... an example of deterioration of a system. Same with hospitals etc... I know I am naive as well. I know life can't be fair to all at the same time. The only semi-solution/idea I had would be to educate those people about investing. So at least they have a little avenue of income that is not dependent on their time. Thanks again for giving this issue some thought.
They are thought of as less than nothing in the UK
You offer such an interesting perspective. This is high quality content.
This keeps popping up in my suggested...universe knew I needed to see it. Thank u!
as much as i agree with this, it feels like the absolute height of privilege to call life a game.
does anyone want to form a group where we win at life together online? As Dan said in another video, having like 2-3 close people to share tips and things we learn with each other makes everything way faster. I'm going the media route, if anyone is down, please let me know so our efforts can compound!
I'll make a discord or something if anyone wants to join me.
I’ll join

Rewatching this video. It's crazy how much your channel has grown, but you're definitely deserving of its growth.
Really interesting concept of how to see/treat life. This idea popped up in my head a few days ago and after watching some videos about it, I have to admit that this one is by for the most interesting and also beneficial video for me. Thank you for that! Looking forward to implement these ideas step by step.
Amazing video and thank you for breaking it down!! Despite the economic downturn, I'm so happy 😊I have been earning $ 60,000 returns from my $7,000 investment every 12days.
Wow! How's that possible please I'll appreciate your assistance on how to go about it.
That's awesome. I dealt with crypto last year on Robinhood, tried some index but didn't take it out so I lost it by the end. Any consistent strategies?
@@Noah-ts9dy Consistently investing with proper guidance in quality dividend paying companies is a relatively easy strategy to create wealth. Well I copy trades from daily signals of Mrs Benito Revilla as recommended here previously
Benito's concept is key in beating all odds to excel in this form of online commodity. Her management team is quite impressive so far! With $4k I made a profit of over 28,863 dollar
I started trading with her recently, $300,000 profit in 4 months and still counting. She is the CRYPTO TRADE QUEEN. I trust.
This is an excellent video. The information you're providing and the way you lay it out is incredibly valuable. Thank you!
Spot on, I had the exact same idea 7 years ago. So excited to see it being explained in such a constructive way!

Great video.
Liked the analogy of gamifying your life.
I might see the flowstate a bit differently but it's still a nice simplified explanation of what is actually happening.
Keep these coming, enjoying them as well as the solo entrepreneur series :)

Your videos are so inspiring! thanks a lot for doing them.
This is the most immersive and well spoken explanation of video game to life mindset I’ve heard
First time watching a video here. Saw this in my feed and was intrigued as this has been a model that has informed my world.
First, I just want to say well done on this and creating intelligent content. It's obvious that you genuinely want to help your audience. It's great to see this in the scammy world we live in.
And to the audience, you're in good hands. There are lots of great insights here.
I thought I'd add a couple of things from what I've learned. Don't allow how you feel to guide you or to determine how you're going to spend your time.
The truth is, in order to accomplish big audacious goals means we have to usually do things we don't like. It's a fact of life. Too many people use "I don't feel like it" as a barometer of whether or not they should do something, and I say, "Your feelings don't matter."
You need to decide on what you want to accomplish first. Be bold and find the thing that you genuinely want to pursue. Once you have chosen a long-term goal, you then have to determine how to achieve it.
Always start with the end goal. Where do you want to end up, then do everything that's required to get there. How you feel has nothing to do with the work required to get to your destination.
If you want to write a great novel
And you wake up on Tues, not wanting to write, you need to ask yourself: "Do I really want to write a great novel?" If you answer yes, then you need to ignore how you feel in the moment and begin doing something related to writing your novel, like writing or researching, even when you don't want to.
If not, you'll never accomplish the goal.
Like a video game, the goals of the game aren't things you always want to do, but you can't progress if you don't do the main tasks, so you do them. In games, you use the character to accomplish ingame tasks. In life, you need to use yourself to accomplish the tasks to get you to the next level. Feelings and opinions only get in the way.
Your feelings are horrible at advising you for a lot of things, especially work related. Feelings obviously have value. That's not my point here. Knowing when to use your intellect to make a decision and when to follow your emotions is one of the most valuable skills as a human.
Sorry, i thought I could make my point quicker.
Thank You for your perspective. It's rewarding to observe a leader, from which , I can raise my vibration. Thank You.
amongst all the life is a video game videos, yours is the best, thankyou.
This is amazing! Thank you! I have been learning this to be true for some time.
Glad I found you! Amazing content. Thank you for sharing!
Spot on! As I'm experimenting with being a creator and finding my way this video struck a cord! Great alegory
I've been feeling this way recently... thank you for the video Dan!
You are providing so much value!!
Amazing stuff. I was into self-development and spirituality for 14 years.. Stumbling and crumbling in ways could be considered masochistic. And there he is, this guy, putting all my experience, pains, mistakes and turmoils on this path of growth into a wonderful, coherent order.
I'd say that self-development, though, should be the second step in expressing ones spiritual nature. Then the goals have ultimate purpose and the time of life that is provided for a person is not wasted developing in a direction not related to the goals of ones inner truth. On the other hand though... if one is suffering in his life already from ones choices, an ordered coherent approach is the perfect solvent for all created suffering.
For all of you, who are on this journey of power, truth and growth.
I wish you wisdom and to have character to actualise the knowledge this man is portraying.
Wonderful video ma man - keep rolling!
Thanks for the video, I needed this, gonna watch this a few times through
I don't play cufro games but this video relates to me. The perception of getting into a mindset during challenging situations is not to get into an emotional state of a mindset but look at the challenge as a game and you did hit the nail down on this one. Big fan of your podcasts. Not easy to digest content you deliver if your listener is not a 100% focused state of mind for an hour so
Thank you soo much for your insight and help! Your videos are literally helping me on my own journey 🙏♥️
This video has been on my mind for a good while. Always returning to take notes on anything I may have missed. G O L D. Thank you for your wisdom @Dan Koe
