- Up by request, a combination of "Insane" and "Mold". He has unusual themes to say the least...compared to everything else I've worked with, finding a melody outside the dark and eerie sounds is rough. I feel like combining the two helped bridge that a bit.

I wonder if a simple background check could've prevented Cioccolata from becoming a doctor.
Maybe a psychiatric evaluation. But given that he is shown to be some sadistic psychopath with a dissection fetish, he might've been able to slip under the radar of early 2000s mental health checks.
Also, wasn't he like a caretaker for a hospice facility, and not an actual surgeon? I want to say that the reason he was in prison was partially because he wasn't an actual licensed surgeon, in addition to dissecting people alive and heavily mentally abusing others to death.
Yeh I'm surprised they didn't, it's not like u jus tell someone... "Hey I wanna be a doctor" and they say yes, kinda ridiculous how he has come this far. ( Also wasn't it suspicious that all his patients die ? ).
I mean, Cioccolata is not an idiot. He is learned to be a surgeon. He probably easily went through any checks. Since his psychopathy is not something he's unaware of. As we know from his backstory he is tortured his patients with good level of caution to be able to avoid the instant consequences. And then he finally quite his surgery carеer to Passione he is already had been a experienced doctor. It's really make him much scarier (to me at least) to be honest.
