I mean… he wasn’t wrong about it.
Let’s be real here. The /best/ time to raid a base is the easiest time. Offlining someone guarantees better odds of success. Even moreso when its done at a time of day/night where pop is low.
The Rust community frowns on it in the same way that the COD community frowns on “campers”. But frowning on it doesn’t make it a bad idea for success, just one that won’t make you many friends. (Something that in Rust is hard to come by anyways)
As for him wanting an online. Part of it is the “moral” reasons above, but most of it is that he is a content creator. Most people aren’t interested in watching someone raid without any resistance whatsoever. (For good reason, it is pretty boring)
Alright so this is what he meant When he was scouting and destroying the turrets it was perfect they were offline so he could set up for the raid and hoped they were online while doing the actual raid itself.

So I naturally drifted away from your channel but I was sick this week and I decided to bring back the memory's and watch one of your videos.
