bhai aap kis jamane ke rates bol rahe ho, yaha ply ab 60Rs per sft 12mm ka mil raha h and agar 19mm ka ply chahiye toh non-commercial gurjan BWP aapko 80-85Rs padega, that too non branded and agar century me lenge 19mm ply toh 110/sft h starting price. Aur aap jo sunmica bole, uska bhi rates double ho gaya. Ab sliding channel 12inch ka non soft closing he aa raha h 500 ka ek pair. 1kg Fevicol heatex 500 ka aata h (after discount).
Ek cheez gaalt hai lkin. Agr tv u it 6x6 hai drawer or shelves poore mai nhi banty. I mean isme shelf and drawer 1ft x6ft aur shelf 5ft x1ft. Toh rest portion mai only mica lagana hota hai. Jisme lbr cost minimum 500rs lgyga. As per sq feet wo bht hota hai around 60% total cost.
