Think you been a fan since 2011 or 12 but the fact is you need to do a little bit of reading zandro has not been in the band since there formation he came into dead by april about 2011 or 12 if I remember rightly cause it was originally jimmie strimmell and Pontus who did clean vocals then they brought in zandro to do cleans

When they first started, and released their first album, I've been a fan since then. At one point of time I was even friends with Marcus and Alexander on Facebook. And that's a great thing for someone living in Mauritius. As we do not get to go to concerts, there are barely Rock concerts here. 😏
So my brother randomly said he liked this song, while i never thought he would be into some heavier music. And he told me he got here cause of Bajheera just like the most people i see here in the comment section. My brother accepts all parts of the song, including the screaming, cause that is just a part of Dead By April. But these people coming from Bajheera claiming this band sucks because of the screams really annoys me. Just because the full song is not what you expected from hearing the intro of Bajheera, you don't hate on them for that. Dead by April is what it is, and it is fucking awesome. Just listen to something else if you are here to complain about screams.
First time ive heard DBA no lie i got into a huge fight sit my one sister named April xD n i typed Dead By April thinkin id find a meme ended up finding the band n loved the music for 6 yrs now
The screams were never an issue. For me at least. I've been around since their EP. The issue was them relying too heavily on the cleans in every song with so little screams. DBA is amazing. The fact that they deviated from what made them as good as they are was a huge turnoff for me. The guy singing the cleans asserted way too much creative control for himself and there was an issue for me.
2:32, is no one gonna talk about that amazing guitar? Cuz I loved that guitar part so much I had to replay it a few times before I finished the rest of the song. That guitar is just gorgeous
their drummer is fucking cold. underrated as shit forreal. i dont even fuck with this kinda music but i be listening just to hear his shit. if you really listen to what he plays its incredible. the beat for the chorus of crying over you is nuts, and the open hi hat he does during the chorus of losing you is also fucking wild. plus his shit at the end of this.
These guys have been badass since the myspace days. Back in 2006-2009 and they still got the heat today for sure! They nearly perfectly blend harmonic melodies and melodic vocals seemlessly with the more hardcore metal instruments and screaming vocals... Not too many bands have singers who have such a wide range and depth in their vocal range. Only a handful i can think of. These guys are absolutely top notch

Nothing critical really happened at the leave of Zandro. Pontus' clean vocals are much more powerful and characteristic than Zandro's. Sure, Zandro is a great singer as well, but I'm happy that Pontus will do most of the cleans from now on :P
Yeah, but Pontus' main function in the band is to play the guitar, and I'm worried that if he sings again he won't do solos like this one, or just won't play the guitar as powerful as he does.
