Definitely not everything, or up to the advanced level if that's what you are wondering about.
I will take it to about the intermediate level, because if you want to go any higher, it would only make sense if you continue learning in Arabic actually, not in English.

Ya ustaad, it shows an error while installing Sakhr addin - the Windows Installer Service could not be accessed...
