I appreciate the care with which you changed those little tires. Care is a rare commodity these days. Nobody seems to have time for it anymore. Everybody's in a big hurry to go nowhere. Excellent job.
Thanks for sharing. Good to see you again. I have some velke's that have the split rims it makes it so much easier to change the tubes and tires. Have a great weekend!!!
Thank you for this video as I have the same wagon. I ended up picking up HF 13" 4.00-6 Flat-free Tire and Rim. Swap the rims and voila. Perfect fit. I did swap the bearings as mine were grinding a bit.
Thanks George. No, it's just been sitting there for a long time now. We lost my father-in-law late last year so we've been dealing with the estate, etc.- among other things getting in the way. I'm working towards getting back on it as soon as I can. Good luck, G.
At the tire shopthey alaways use lots of soapy water to get. Tires off and on the rims wondering if that would help. You on these little tires ? Its too bad you cant just find a rim with the smaller hub thickness i used to use Grainger Supply for small wheels and tires and i found those. Counter guys were pretty good problem solvers overall on those odd ball ones and weird hardware needs also a great selection of electric motors. For industrial equipment and machinery for over 20 years my job was to keepa company of 100 men and women functioning profitably in a Woodworking Custom shop that had many millions of dollars worth of equipment and tools that needed to be operating at full capacity so having good resources were a key. To making it happen which i found Grainger to be realitively competitive in their pricing as well just thought on making life easier although perhaps the fix you came up with is good enough to meet your needs on this project ?
Yes, soapy water does help with removal and installation. I've used Grainger for some purchases in the past. They're hit and miss on costs for the home gamer. But, for industry- they have a great inventory on hand and can deliver quickly for a cost. Downtime losses offsets the cost many times over. They're always on my radar when I'm looking for something though. Take care, G.

Thanks Alex. I agree. That's the way it "should" be in any situation. Take care, G.

That's cool. Yeah, being split is for sure easier than wrestling small tires on. Take care, G.

Good deal! Take care, G.
Ghostses, I’ve always liked the halved hubs for changing tires. Good find and pricing on the tires.
Yeah, aside from being careful not to pinch the tube- they're much easier to deal with. They were the best way to go. G.
welcome back
you finished the house????????
