Your face is distracting. Too pretty😍😍😍
I believe that my hair loss stop entirely, but I'm sure if it help me it could help you too. You should use it with pure argan oil on the website of argan life
There are several components to treating hair loss at home. One resource I discovered that successfully combines these is the Fearons loss fixer (google it if you're interested) definately the most useful resource that I've seen. look at all the extraordinary info .
Thank you so much for making these videos! I've been on my natural hair journey since 2010 as well, and recently my hair has begun excessively shedding, to the point where I can see noticeable thinning in the middle top part of my head, as of today. I also wash my hair every 2 weeks and it's nice seeing that we use close to the same products! Today I almost broke down into tears seeing my hair continiously shed from the root while in the shower AFTER I had already detangled. Your video has given me hope!
Wow. Thank you. I've been watching so many Ayurveda treatment vids, and just found them with too much info, not enough instruction, just all over the place. No order or clear demonstration. Thank you!!! And thank you for showing us your daily routine so clearly. Very thoughtful of you. I subscribed just because if your clear instructions and demonstration was easy to follow.
I couldn't help laughing at around 05:37, because that's how you find a fellow Nigerian. You know we mean it when we punctuate a statement with an "oh", as in "This is progress, oh!" Lovely Fiona, I feel you. Our enemies shall not laugh at us, my dear!
Exactly, that was the way I knew She is a 'fellow Nigerian'...... She fine no be small.
This was so helpful! You have a specific routine and products, no one else does that in a simple way! Thank you! 👌🏾❤️👌🏾
You are definitely one of my favorite natural hair care Sistahs! Thanks o much for sharing all this great stuff!
Ohh sweet Lord thank u for allowing me stumble upon this wonderful human being. I've learnt so much. I downloaded a habit tracker app and I already feel so organized omgosh. Thank u I had my notepad out scribbling. Wow I'm so happy. 👸🏾😁
He sister. You and your hair are beautiful. I live in USA and I would suggest that you also include amazon links for the USA - this way you can make more affiliate money. I'll be more than happy to purchase a product knowing that "one of us" is going to benefit from it financially.
Many blessings................
Hi sis! Thank you for the advice. I have updated the description box with US links and hope that they are helpful xxx
@Anesidora Aynruh if you didnt understand then is wasnt for you, simple
Your maintenance is inspiring, you are a trooper!
What a great video. Thanks so much for clarifying HOW to use the system. Praise God your hair is doing well 😊
This mask is everything! Thank you soooooo much. My hair was shedding so much!
Absolutely love this video. Ayurvedic hair care is life!
Thank you for sharing your hair tips but OMG the habit tracker! I was feeling guilty for indulging myself in a hair video but you gave me a resource that I can use to stay organized and disciplined in life. Thank you for what you do!!!
I love how you touch on the science/research bit. It makes your channel so unique. :)
...I love my U Tube hair gurus!!! You are one of the best so far!! thx for sharing! u & your hair are gorgeous!! ;-) I can't wait to try the henna, it reminded me of another natural trick. My grams used to cut up aloe in pieces put it in hair & wrap it w/ saran wrap for whatever length of time & that was our deep conditioning on hair day! Thx again & I look forward to more videos!
Aloe is so awesome!!! Gran knew what she was doing :) - thank you for the love! x
HABIT TRACKER!!! Game changing idea for the keeping down the 'have I done it' jitters 😍😍😍
Thanks 🤗
I loved the video and the graphic! I'm a visual learner so that was really helpful!
Very detailed video. Look forward to that recipe & also the oils. Thanks for sharing and wish you continued Hair success
This was such a great video! Thanks very much! Do you have skincare regimen videos as well? Your skin is flawless!!!!!
Ok, subbed and then realized you uploaded on my Grandma's born day
I've just stepped back into my loose natural hair journey after having locs for 2 years and it's so cool to see that I'm naturally following many of the steps you are. Ayurveda has my heart in many ways so I will definitely be looking more into different herbs I can incorporate in order to help nourish my hair
Thank you for this. I am doing some of these already but there a a few others I am excited to try. Thanks again. Great vid.
I've used a shikakai wash made with aloe and rose powder and warm fermented rice water. I massaged it into my scalp and let it sit for 10-15 mins... my hair felt clean and moisturized after.
I would not recommend trying to detangle with it in your hair. I did a henna gloss after and detangle while washing that out 👌🏾
Can't wait to use those recipes!
OMG your beauty is breath taking
What a detailed and informative video . Thank you for posting!
Thanks for the visual of the daily regimen. I get so lost on when to do what. I am a new subbie.
Purchased the scalp.massager. Wow. It's amazing. So glad code was shared. Thanks for posting this video. Great tips!!
That’s awesome! I’m so glad you like it. I genuinely think it’s an awesome tool for the hair x
I love Curly Proverbs and now your video on aryuvedic hair care. I have been using henna and amla for a few yes now. Love them both in diy gloss, oils, and teas. Did a henna gloss yesterday! I'll be watching you as well, blessings.
Nap Freedom215 Nap Freedom215 Yay!!! That's awesome! Curly Proverbs is great ,I literally binged on a few of her videos yesterday following all of the comments I've received about her Ayurvedic journey. #TeamAyurveda
Nap Freedom215 does amla oil turn your hair grey? I used it for about three weeks and the strangest thing, my hair turned grey! Some were full grey and other were grey tips or ombré.
great vid will defo be implementing ayurvedic care more, although will say, careful about taking iron. Most people get enough iron from diet, problem in anaemia usually stems from absorption and the side effects from too much iron is probably worse than too little iron; recently found out I have way too much iron currently (after having been on the low/ just below the low range levels for years). People of African backgrounds do tend to have lower iron purely cause anaemia protects from malaria, bear in mind blood test ranges tend to stem from European data.
I've just come across your video and have watched Curly Proverbs too. .I will be following yours as it's closer texture to mine and so very clear. I'm also from London and would love to know where you purchase your habit tracker from so I can start and record all the new regimes I'm about to undertake. Thank you for this. Based on this one video I'm definitely going to be a subbie.
I'm convinced this is what Black Angels look like 🤩 STUNNING
Your shower head is awesome and I want to try a habit tracker now
This video was definitely needed.
This is a really informative video. Thank you for the detailed break down.
Okay. I'll try!
Thanks, this is the best video that Ive seen on the reality of doing natural hair. I love this because its low maintenance and it looks like a doable /super cute way to style hair!
Thank you! You’re the first person I know to say this is low maintenance which makes me smile!
Lov Lav Luv this video...!!! and yes are stunning... had to remember it was a hair video...lol!!!!! did i miss it... was trying to see if you posted the ingredients in your Tea spray if not i am extremely interested!!!! thank you again
Such detail, thanks!
You're so beautiful, esp your eyes!
As an Indian, I had no idea what black women do to take care of their hair, your video was interesting. I'm glad Ayurveda is working for you :)
Enjoyed the video and your tips and will be using some of them and the habit tracker.
Thank you so much for sharing! I just made a tea and got some henna. By chance can you share where you purchased your bamboo tea? Thank you and Blessings!
Thanks for sharing. I like the idea of keeping a habit tracker :)
My pleasure hun. The tracker has really helped me commit to things that benefit my life. Glad you like it!
Girl.... 😍💕 Love the video so informative! Where did you get that habit calendar from that is a genius idea...
Thank you! Extremely helpful!
You are informative, inspiring and beautiful inside and out! Thank you for sharing!
Simply Beautiful! I currently dye my hair with Sanotint as it's less damaging than commercial dyes. Can I use the henna gloss with this as well?
Thank you for this video and leaving all the information. I am downloading that habit tracker☺
Thank you for sharing. Your video is awesome. I'm soooo tired to combing my natural hair and it look like half of it I'm pulling out trying to untangle. I'm looking forward to trying your method. Peace.
My pleasure Kelly. I hope the shedding reduces for you too. Let me know how you get on x
Thank you for sharing your progress with us! Would using these hair strengthening powders be okay to use on low porosity hair???
I like that little spray thing you had to wash your hair so chic looking to, where did you get it?
Please do a tutorial on that ponytail style you have at the beginning of the video. . What hair do you use, lovely curl and how do you get your hair to lay so flat.
Thank you! The hair is some clips in from HerGivenHair. I have a vide on how I do my sleek bun which shows how i get my hair to lay so flat xxx czcams.com/video/sNTm0vEIp2s/video.html
Hi have you ever thought about making these products I would love to make them but to be honest I just don't have the time how much would you change
You can make your own shampoo with the real black soap ( that’s made and sold in beauty stores or island stores) adde JBS purified water , and the black soap and you can add peppermint or tea tree
I know you have to be willing to put in work for hair growth and length retention....but does anyone else kinda lowkey feel as if it's unfair that we have to go through all of this when other people just wake up, wash, and go? I mean, complaining/pouting does not accomplish anything. BUT it just seems like too much for something that shouldn't matter this much. I say this as I'm only just about to embark on my natural 4c hair journey and I'm feeling overwhelmed. I stopped relaxing my hair 9 months ago, and it's still a teeny tiny fro. I see so many people on CZcams succeeding, but it just feels as if I won't be one of them (T.T)
Your hair looks great, but I couldn't stop staring at your skin :-) I just kind of stumbled across your video-do you have a skin care regimen you would like to share, too? You are a natural beauty and your skin is goals :-)
that’s awfully kind of you, thank you! I show some clips of my skin care regimen in my ‘midweek pamper routine’ video. I hope that counts :) xxx
Awesome, detailed video!
Sooo detailed ❣️❣️🥰
hi There!...i noticed you comb your hair in the shower and honestly I don't have curly hair so I don't know the process of how people with curly hair detangle or their shower routine but I must say that it's not healthy. when hair is wet the follicles are sensitive and any tugging can lead to breakage and hair loss. this is just an opinion and yeah I'm from India so happy to see that ayurveda is helping out people and keeping them satisfied with the results
D-Boi stan for lifeu! keke thank you :) In order to prevent tangling and breakage which can come about when hair of my texture dries without being properly detangled, this is the best way for me to detangle my hair on wash day. I know my hair is more fragile in this state but it helps me prevent a lot more damage in the long run and I've been doing this for years and it works well for me. Love seeing another person familiar with Ayurveda! Thanks so much for sharing x
I love the pony! Ive been trying to curl my hair this way. Howd u do it? And what type of hair did u use? Thank u! You are beautiful!
The low bun is very nice.
Also, where did you get the hood dryer, and what can you recommend instead of using a plastic cap?
Thanks for the video. Where did you purchase your shower nozzle?
Really informative. Thank you. Just subscribed x
wow, Thanx for the share. I am thinking about a henna gloss. I supplement orally Msm Powder and Vit C powder and so far the results are amazing. I Relax about every 4 months
Borax. And magnesium. Supplements. 8 glasses of water a day. Attention to diet. Raw foods diet can be tricky but worth it.
Nice video. Almost exactly Curly Probverbz’ regimen.
What type of essential oil should I add to any product which touches my hair? You mention this practice at 2:37. As there are many essential oils, I'd like to know which one I should choose from?. Thanks
Henna is usually left on the hair for 4 hours or more time for it to deposit its die on the strands.
Good job sis. Please can henna change the colour of the hair? Or what do you mix with your henna mask to maintain the colour?
Hi. Thanks again for the videos....i just wanted to be clear on your henna gloss I know you let it sit 4 hours but do you add the conditioner before or after the 4 hours?
I love the hand held shower. Where can I get one to purchase?
I don't see the henna treatment listed in the description. What essential oil did you add to those products.
Thank you for the information. Where can I buy some henna?
Great video, thank you. You wear that headscarf so well! Perhaps a little more information on Ayurveda next time? Its origin and how ancient it is :)
So beautiful! Do you still use any Ayurvedic herbs or henna?
Im struggling with some of these videos out there that recommended henna, amla etc. Because they supposedly make your hair darker. My hair is light brown with natural blonde flecks which I want to keep. I dont want to darken my hair but I want it to be healthy
New subscribee! How long can you store this in your fridge?
OMG you remind me of Dawn Richard of Danity Kane💕
Beautiful healthy hair!
I can't wait for the recipe video omg 😭 this is what I need because my perimeter is just growing back in and I need to strengthen my hair.
Thank you for this, love you
Not sure if you answered this already, but do you keep your herbal tea rinse in the refrigerator?
Love this video! Can you do a video on how you use your habit tracker?
thank you hun. I have a blog post on finallyfiona.com dedicated to how I use it xxx
Awesome video...Ummm where did you purchase the shower head!?!
Have you experienced any loosening of your curls from the henna? I'm kind of afraid to use it because I've seen a few things about it loosening the curl pattern so it makes me a bit weary about trying it 😬
Just came across your video while searching for something to restore and grow my natural hair while wearing wigs. Even though you've shown in the video a bowl of Hanah I'm wondering just how I can make it or purchase it. Do you have any suggestions? I went from using Shea Moisture products that worked on my hair but decided to use something different and that is when I noticed the dryness and shedding of my hair. Oh, but I'm going back to using Shea Moisture products! So, again, how do I make the Hanah or do you have a product in mind?
omg at this moment I realize why Black women have upper body mucles. keeping the hair on fleek is no joke.
😂 Honestly! Story of our lives!!!!
😂😂😂
@@LoveYourTresses great video's
🤣🤣🤣
