एक और tip... कुकर के ढक्कन के अंदर वाली तरफ (सीटी के नीचे वाली साइड) जो छोटी सी कैप लगी होती है, उस पर 2 बूंद तेल लगा देना चाहिए। इससे दाल आदि के टुकड़े उस जाली पर चिपककर उसे ब्लॉक नहीं कर पाते, और चिकनाई लगी होने के कारण अंदर कुकर में ही गिर जाते हैं।

Thanks for sharing. Very important video. I am disagree with the 2nd point: बिना पानी के कुकर फट सकता है". I understand, cooker can burst with excess steam pressure and without water it is unlikely to happen. Cooker and parts will surely damage if cooked without water for very long and hence it must be avoided. However cooker is not going to burst. Will be glad if anybody can share their views on the same. Once again thank you very much for making this vital video.
