This thing is very real don't mess with it . A family friend once played with this game in her home and later that night while she was in her room she could hear someone in the kitchen moving pots and chairs . She heard this constantly every night and sometimes she said you could hear someone knocking on the door they would knock 4 times over and over the entire night . This happened until she finally moved out . So don't play with this it's very real and dangerous . You're inviting an entity in your home you don't know what it's capable of so have some common sense .

I was having a sleepover one time and my friend brought over a ouija board so we played it but after a few minutes my dog woke up started barking,got up and walked to the middle of the room and stared in empty space and kept barking. We stopped after that lol

There hasn't been a Ouija board movie in ages. I'm thoroughly excited. Not because I'm a teenager, but because I'm a horror junkie. I grew up watching horror and while I'm not a fanatic like I am in sci-fi or supernatural (not necessarily horror just myths and scary stuff) I still know a good horror when I see this. It may not be great but it looks good enough.

Got me really upset when I found out that they cut out a lot of these scenes. But honestly, Ouija has to be the best horror movie I've seen. It was pretty scary and not just because of the jump scares. But it's not just the scares that make it such a good movie to me. I love the relationship between Debbie and Laine.

Woah woah woah wait! The first time I saw the "Ouija" trailer was when I saw TFIOS, 3 weeks after it came out. The "Ouija" trailer I saw at the movie theater was _waaayyy_ different than the one I'm seeing here on CZcams. The girl "Debbie" heard the smoke detector go off apparently and she went upstairs to go check it out. She got on a chair to turn it off, but when she did something knocked her off of the chair and she fell over the rail and the chandelier fell on top of her. And that's how _she_ died. But on this trailer here Debbie died because she was hung. I think the trailer I saw at the movie theater was a little more scarier than this one on CZcams. Is it possible that they could have changed the script somehow?

Ouija boards are scary as hell. My family and I played this about three years ago, and after that we began seeing things and could hear the floors creaking from the attic and in our hallways. I don't know if it's me being paranoid after so many years, but that shit is on point. It spells the names of my friends, and who I had a crush on, like I never tell anyone my crushes. :(

There was another film similar to this, it was called _Long Time Dead_ and it too was about students inadvertently unleashing an evil spirit named Djinn from playing Ouija that sets out to kill them, but it's a British film and it was released in 2002, 12 years before this came out.
It's a very obscure film, think some of you might have heard of it.
So sad! I really want to watch it but no wifi! It's so frustrating. The trailer gives me chill to the bones and when a trailer does, it means that it has my attention already.

I went to see this movie yesterday with my best friend and she could barely watch the movie lol. She was so scared of all the jumpscares throughout it. I know this movie probably wasn't the best it could have been, but it was pretty good :)
I watched it with my two friends (one of them is 12 and the other one is 14) and the 12 year old really wanted to watch some of the horror movies I have on DVD and during all of the movies she wasn't even a little bit scared while the 14 years old was always screaming and really creeped out

Why would you try that? There is a spirit world that should be left at peace. There are pure and holy spirits, and there is darkness. Calling upon spirits through that method only calls the dark ones and that is dangerous. It is not a game. And it is cruel to yourself and to those spirits.

The board itself (or whatever else you use) doesn't matter. You could use whatever you like, it wouldn't make a difference. The reason some people don't get a reaction could either be that the spirit just doesn't feel like answering, or there might not be one in the house at all.

i just paused-stopped watching the trailer because its 1am and im alone in my big dark room with ghost history in the past and i suddenly started think the ghost can somehow detect ouija board in the internet and the ghost may think i want them show sign of presence and what is worst im imagining right now is the ghost is watching this Ouija trailer with me right now. so im out. i just wanted to see more Olivia after watching me and earl, very good movie and i think she so beautiful and i got here.. O_O ill watch the other half of this trailer in the morning.

Just came home from seeing this movie. Its REALLY good. Tons of jumpscares, and I mean TONS. Its honestly worth it. And this is coming from a tough horror movie critic. Not a lot of movie scare the shit out of me.

Everybody's typical comments are " horror movies aren't even scary anymore " , maybe it's cause you're not putting yourself in those situations to understand the fear factor of those movies , just saying.
Thank you. Everyone goes to the movies and just sits there waiting for something scary to happen. But most of the time it's only scary if you've made bonds with the characters and fear for them. But people don't give a shit about characters, so they just think it's funny when shit starts hitting the fan.
The film should be able to immerse you. If I have to force myself to feel scared then it isn't really scary is it?
