Pile 3 here and that hit me hard. My 21 year old son has been kicked out of school twice in 2 weeks because he has talked harming hisself and depression. I looked at it as him being mad because he had to do things he didn't want to do. Or trying to get attention. Now that he has seen a doctor they think he does have depression. He is starting a medication today and is going to start some counseling next week. I feel awful now because I didn't handle this in the right way. I got angry because I thought he was just seeking attention even if it was negative attention. I understand we all go b through things in life that brings us down and are hard to handle that can make us feel that way sometimes. I don't understand people that have depression all the time. Im really in a fix. My daughter wants to play sports and we are all academic family. She is so passionate about her game that me n my hhsband support her. But now she is in grade 8, and soon she will need to focus more on studies. But she wants to continue to play seriously.
