Can I give some small criticism? Please do NOT shadow whit black! The colors you should shadow with are cool colors (dark blue or dark purple looks best) it gives the art more life and don’t pass this off as a “style choice” (sorry if that sounds rude) I have seen you shadow with blue in other drawings so keep doing that Just try to avoid the color black in your drawings
Hi its Zoe yes yes, I’m aware But the same thing can be done with a dark blue shadow but better, you should never shadow with black even if it’s supposed to have a dark theme
@@25VolarSleet It depends on the base color for what color you should use when shading I've been drawing for a long time now and I personally think that using just a darker shade of the base color works amazingly and in this drawing I think that the black shading looks perfect
@@kaylachilds3231 i still don't think shadowing with just a darker color works. But i was wrong because shadows color depends on the color of The Light. If the Light is orange the shadow is blue, if the light is purple the shadow is yellow. The opposit of The color of The Light. The Light in her drawing was blue-ish so she should have shaded with a dark orange. But you can shadow with black if it is a black and White drawing or you are doing pure black cel shading. Her drawing still looks good i just have a little problem with it. (i am sorry if anything i said sounded rude, when i write instead of saying it sounds mean)

She's not using firealpaca, she's using paint tool SAI.
