I believe this has been removed. H&M moved into the space where Saks used to be, and now this, at least on the first floor, is becoming one of those Lego Discovery places. Obviously, not a huge loss

Yeah, H&M is going to be on the second floor. It will take a wider amount of space than it used to, but looks to be just one floor.
