Wir haben das diesjährige Motto #Unboxing Opera wörtlich genommen. Und so packt der Bariton Äneas Humm unsere Opernspielzeit 2022/2023 aus und stellt die vielfältigen Musiktheaterproduktionen unter dem Thema "Gemeinsam anders sein" vor. Viel Vergnügen beim Anschauen!
Der 25. Oktober ist der Geburtstag der Komponisten Georges Bizet und Johann Strauss (Sohn). Seit 2019 wird der Tag an zahlreichen Opernhäusern und Theatern als WORLD OPERA DAY gefeiert. Initiiert wurde er von den drei Organisationen Opera Europa, Opera America und Ópera Latinoamérica mit dem Ziel, auf die gesellschaftliche Relevanz und den Wert der über 400-jährigen Kunstform für unsere Gesellschaft aufmerksam zu machen.

We have taken this year's motto #unboxingOpera literally. And so baritone Äneas Humm unboxes our 2022/2023 opera season and presents the diverse musical theater productions under the theme "Being Different Together." Have a great time watching!
October 25 is the birthday of composers Georges Bizet and Johann Strauss (Son). Since 2019, the day has been celebrated as WORLD OPERA DAY at numerous opera houses and theaters. It was initiated by the three organizations Opera Europa, Opera America and Ópera Latinoamérica with the aim of drawing attention to the social relevance and value of the over 400-year-old art form for our society.
