Packing for a motorcycle

Most of us won't be planning a major expedition anytime soon, but I'd openly advocate planning your next motorcycle #microadventure and getting out in your local environment. In this short, I'll share a really simple sleep / food system that you can grab and go, which should cover you for a weekend out on your bike. For me it's all about being lightweight, fast and fuss free. I don't talk about clothing, but I'll share the same philosophy that I apply there in a later video. I also have a custom swag setup to share, which I think is kind of interesting as a camping nerd.
I realise there's some assumptions I kind of skipped over in my rationalise (in the interests of not making the video too long).
1. You're not going super far, and you'll be able to handle the downside of the weight being on top of the bike.
2. The good thing about not packing things down, is that you aren't able to take many things, which makes your load lighter. If you have space for a thing, you'll probably take it.
3. You may not be super comfortable with this setup. A lot of people don't like the idea or practice of sleeping in a bivvy, but I do think as long as you're warm enough, the compromise is worth it.
4. If you end up on a campsite, you're not concerned about what other people might think of you. There's not much privacy with a setup like this, and you'll stand out, for better or worse.
5. You prioritise riding. This setup works best when you're intending to ride for the majority of your day, and all thats left is getting a bit of sleep at the end.
6. You're not going to add many clothes. Basically no spares.
7. I mentioned only one meal. This is dependent on you finding food on your trip.

Thanks! Yeah it works well. I like how you can choose how expensive you want it to be as well across each of the three components.
