I would like to see some of the new development have a money making part called "The Bunnet" as a fitting tribute. He will always be remembered by Celtic fans as the man who saved Celtic.

What an absolute legend. Can’t overstate the importance of his involvement. You only need to look across the city to see how badly it could have gone. Should have a statue beside Brother Walfrid.
When common sense was needed and someone who could withstand the pressure of the situation and deliver on their promise, in stepped Fergus. He dragged Celtic from mediocrity and gave us back pride in our club. He never backed down from the Scottish football hierarchy and fought Celtic's corner till the day he bowed out. The new generation of fans should be grateful to this gentleman and should be schooled in what he has done for our club
I remember Michael Kelly, going on about how he is perceived aesthetically, would be a major hurdle to him, (maybe not his exact words, but it is what he meant). Kelly might be right in the sense that despite McCann’s achievements, he is not overburdened by cheer leaders. I know that Jock Stein and the Lisbon Lions is probably the biggest source of pride at Celtic. But possible including the afore mentioned, McCann has achieved the most for the club. The Kelly’s were opportunist compared to him.

Venglos, Jorge cadetes first game as a sub, And controlling that pass over his head to chip in and send parkhead crazy in the new stand! Seville, Larsson, Burns, Van hooydonk, Di Canio, Johan Mjallby, Weighorst, Geeeez 💦🤤 Stubbs & The Rieper man I could go on and on. But Top of them all was Fergus. Took the club into the future 😊

Celtic supporters should show this guy more appreciaton, it took time to win things but rome wasnt built in a day.

A lot has been made about erecting a statue in his honour, but listening to him and his modesty around his own importance, I think a simple bronze bunnet at the top of the front steps or somewhere else appropriate would be marvellous.
