Honestly, i always felt like jason mraz was underrated. He deserves to be recognized by musicians of other genres. Something like jazz or soul, or even some post hardcore (at least as a songwriter) i feel that most of the fanbase is full of pop loving teenage girls, and that is very sad to see, such talent wasted on uncultured pop music.
Given how many people I've seen play I'm Yours on their ukulele while singing it and posting on their Instagrams and Snapchats disproves your statement
