Hello Brother Yes, company can void your warranty any time if you change electrical parts, but it depends how your showroom and service people considering it- there should not be any harm on the car wiring, like short circuit, wire cut or change like that - my suggestion to be in safer side keep it stock the electrical part or install it from showroom 1st then upgrade the same.
