In this video today, on the Modifying Í channel, I show how I manufactured with reused parts, a tool to face the block and head on the milling machine.
I used a tool that I already had here as a base, and I coupled an automotive flywheel, to reduce vibration and give the tool more stability, I also made a slot to install a lathe machining tool.

Eu fiz uma placa parecida com a sua, porém ela está deixando a peça riscada, o inserto que usei tem o raio 0.8, qual ferramenta inserto
