Simon and Erin - such a journey - such a story - very authentic - but talk about doing it the hard way

Definitely a good idea to get a diesel hydronic heater. I have a Planar model ($1,300 Can). Heats the air and water.

I just really love sailboats that have external chain plates. Maybe because it reminds me of the old pirate days. But honestly it takes the shrouds to the outside of the boat so when you walk along the deck while sailing you have one less thing to trip over. To me it just makes better sense. I don't understand why modern sailboats don't use this design anymore. It just makes complete sense. 😊

These are folks I would support if they had a youtube channel. They are real and honest, not like those polished refined sailing channels. Really interested in there sailing adventures. But I refuse to be dragged into Facebook, Instagram or any other social media which only corrupted ones spirit.

This is from 2017. I was there buying my boat when I saw them haul out Narvhal on Grenville island the day Simon bought her. Simon’s channel was great but they’ve both moved on. The Geordie The Witch and The Wench. Great photos on his Instagram too.

Hey, I was following them back when this video was made. Didn't they run out of food and water before reaching Hawaii?

I’m not sure the timeslot of when you’re in the states, but I wanted to reach out, and if nothing else gets some advice.
My son at 40 years old passed away from multiple cancers, that was two years ago . he was quite the adventurer and owned a 33 foot sailboat which my family and I still own. None of the rest of us sail, although we all love the water.. his boat is need of some cosmetic issues inside and we will need some assistance, figuring out how to actually fix it up. It was so precious to him, and we want to honor him by restoring it..
For starters he removed most of the teak wood trim from inside, and because we weren’t there when he did that we don’t know where everything goes . It is docked in Virginia. We would like to eventually sell the boat. I welcome any suggestions or ideas?

Does Erin have a "single" sister, lol, I'm looking for a sailing mate for this season, (hopefully) if my plans play out.
