  • As an ENFP, it is VERY natural for us to want to teach and help other people. This often leads us to think about coaching or teaching online. Choosing where to focus and figuring out how to start...that can be TOUGH because we have SO MANY INTERESTS. Subscribe: bit.ly/ytsubdreams
All the possibilities can be overwhelming...but we want to make the right choice, right?
Thanks again for watching and your support. If you have any questions about the ENFP personality, about jobs, careers, or what major to choose, just ask me below and myself and the community here will help!

    LOVE YOUR VIDEOS DAN!!
I'm an ex-Management Consultant (very INTJ job) recently (2 years ago) turned Edupreneur, ENFP based in Indonesia.
The world is upside down after 12 years of the "ENFP itch" of working as a company man (often changing jobs) and now, transitioning to a Startup Training / Coaching company... Initially very depressing for an ENFP (income freefall, tons of rejection from prospects, my "disgust" for hard-selling).
Here are my key takeaways from thia vid =
    Begin with cheap 1-on-1s:
    1. Get immediate individual feedback.. Know what works and what doesn't..
    2. When I scale up.. I will have understood the market so well I will have pre-addressed their problems..
    3. I will feel good about the course / program know it's not BS, it really helps people..
    4. I can (gradually) increase prices because it works.
    Thanks Dan!

Again, here you are spot on. I was told for years to be a salesman but I thought it was a dirty job. It is not. ENFPs who believe in their product or service can really sell!

Totally. This is 100% necessary to sell as an ENFP. Also generally I'd avoid cold calling if possible and focus on warm leads. It also makes selling your own product a very interesting internal battle of confidence and self belief and all that kind of stuff!

I love you videos, please keep going. Now, regarding the teaching and so... I don't see myself on a 1-1 coaching, and I don't think that is "wasting" my ENFP-A nature. Yet, looking for the greater good, working for a company or an NGO would be more my cup of tea.
I think, we can be more flexible on our "recommendations" to other ENFP ;)

+Ali Alderete I wasn't trying to say all enfps should do this, just answering the specific question from someone who wanted to :)
